Edward Sinavage: In 2019 I found out that I had an infection in the little toe on my left foot, it had to be amputated. For the next year I had a lot of problems with the foot, my fourth toe turned black and had to be removed, then my big toe turned black and I had the rest of my toes removed, it never healed the doctors `were telling me all sorts of different ways to stop the infection and save what was left of my foot. In early 2020 Trinity wound care introduced me to Dr.Golbach, he was the first doctor I talked to that really explained to me in terms that I could understand what needed to be done, he said the reason nothing was healing was because I had a bone infection and with each amputation I had they were not getting to the root of the infection, my bones were rotting and would never heal, he suggested a below the knee amputation that would take care of all the diseased and infected bone. In October of 2020 he did the surgery and finally I was on the road to recovery. It has not been easy but because of the time and care `from the doctor's office the infection is gone, I am seen every six weeks to two months depending on my needs. The doctor's staff is always friendly and helpful. Yaimily Garcia: After 12 years of waiting, receiving bad news, tears, and searching for an IVF clinic outside the United States and inside, too, today, February 26, 2024, on my wedding anniversary, I received the fantastic news of being pregnant. I was lucky to find the SGF clinic and my doctor, Anthony Imudia. The clinic in Wesley Chapel and Tampa is where I had my treatment. All the staff from the front desk and nurses were very polite and answered all my questions. I always receive calls or emails on the patient portal the same day or the next day, answering all my questions. Financial makes everything easy to understand and to pay. My doctor, Imudia, is the best doctor for me. He speaks Spanish, my first language; he did all the tests to make sure I could have a safe pregnancy, gave me the opportunity for a fertility plan, and was very sincere and calm, able to provide me with faith and peace during my IVF treatment. Keri: I am so happy that I found Neurological Specialties! I had developed severe migraines and nothing was working. I was debilitated and having severe migraines weekly. I saw Dr. Henkel who immediately came up with a plan and after about two years I think, I can say that I get maybe one or two Migraines every three months and they're not as severe as they were. He is attentive, thorough, genuinely cares and shows that. I never feel rushed. The check-in system is so smooth and everyone is so kind. I have to recognize Christian for her dedication on making sure I get my medication. She is truly amazing! All of the staff is amazing. I have not had a single negative experience when I arrive and check in, I am taking back quickly and I am seen quickly by the doctor or a nurse practitioner. I have appointments every three months and I am in and out of the office including getting a treatment, and about 20 minutes maximum. The office is extremely clean and organized and the property is beautiful. If you're looking for a neurologist, I highly recommend Neurological Specialties!

John King: I went as a second opinion because use morsani ctr wouldn't help. This doctor found my implant failed, never worked he was my hero. Morsani center at USC put it in and never told me, dr Edwin Ramos. Older Dr maniscalco. It's been years since it happened but I plan on going to him again since a different surgeon has agreed and suggests a 3rd, possibly 4th surgery since the 2nd surgery might not have worked. My life is hell now. I'm disabled and I lay that at the feet of the Morsani Center at USF.

Earlier this year I moved across the country and was having difficulty finding a quality neurologist. I flew over 1800 miles for an appointment. I had my issues resolved in 15 mins when it was taking a different neurologist 2 months just to get back to me. I appreciate him making his appointments succinct.

T B: Poor service all around!The office was referred to me by my pediatrician. I had several options and went with them. I really wished I would have read the reviews and not wasted my precious time and money dealing with this unprofessional outdated facility.Our journey started in April 2023. My son was ill for the first appointment. We finally got in and the first appointment with Nurse Jasmine was not pleasant due to her rude attitude. Their blood pressure machine misread my son’s pressure causing us to take him to the ER where it was normal. This is the same day. That ER visit was $1,300. We were informed by the office that my child needed to have a Cardiologist evaluation before they would see my son and treat my son which we did.This costed about $500. He was cleared by the cardiologist and his blood pressure was fine. When we returned to the office for treatment their blood pressure machine gave the same elevated pressure. I voiced my concerns that their machine must be faulty. They refused to take his pressure by hand and when I asked why, no one knew how to take it manually. I asked to switch to Dr Carmín and she was very rude and showed no compassion. Her policy was if you miss 2 appointments you are dropped as a patient.I was told that the practice seems to have a volume of over 100s of patients daily by building insider. I was told that they are all family and if you are not satisfied with their services you’re simply telling a family member and nothing improves.They know families are desperate for help and they treat you like chattel. I cut ties with them in Separate 2023 when I took my child for a well visit to his pediatrician and his blood pressure was fine and on the next day I took him back to their office and they said his blood pressure was elevated. They continued to say that there was nothing wrong with their blood pressure machine.I would not recommend anyone to this practice!!They need a consultant to help them understand how to show kindness and compassion!

I had a failed back surgery prior and was at my wits end with the relentless pain constantly. I researched stem cell procedures to see what it was and ended up getting in contact with Katherine and then meeting with Dr. Grana. They were so educated with a cool calm approach to everything that I was convinced this couldn’t be real. I took a chance on it and just had my second booster shot today. You need to give the process some time because it is your own bone marrow regenerating growth of your own cells. It is extremely soon but without a doubt I feel 60 percent better. I am looking forward to seeing the process continue and being able to get back to my normal life. I travel for work all over the country and for the first time in years I’m not in tears on a plane because I can’t sit or stand for too long without excruciating pain. I was skeptical at first because there's so much conflicting information on Stem Cells but after arriving at the office the procedure was fully explained to me and everything made sense. 3 months after the surgery, 100% of my arthritis related pain in my back has subsided. There's no more constant dull ache and my sleep has definitely been better because of that. Highly recommend.

KirkKelly Raab: This review is a little lengthy; however, I wanted to explain how bad my shoulders were. Several years ago, I had a car accident which resulted in double shoulder surgery. I had cartilage removed in both shoulders. Approximately one year later I started experiencing pain in both shoulders. My orthopedic doctor told me it was arthritis, bone-on-bone pain. I started receiving injections of euflexxa every six months, which is a lubricant to relieve the bone-on-bone pain. My doctor told me that it would eventually stop working. Six years later the euflexxa started to only last a couple months. My orthopedic doctor told me that my next option was shoulder replacement. At 55 years old and very active and a Police Officer still working as a patrol Sergeant, there was no way I wanted to chance replacing both of my shoulders.After a few months of researching stem cell therapy, I located Regenerative Orthopedic Institute. I called and spoke with Katherine. Katherine was wonderful. She took all the time that I needed on the phone and was very heartfelt and caring. I then scheduled a consultation. I met with Katherine and Dr. Grana. Dr. Grana was very thorough and caring. Dr. Grana was honest and very straight forward on the procedure, recovery and success percentages. I was very concerned about the success of my situation because my injuries were severe. I was losing range of motion in both shoulders. I was in pain just sitting and I could not sleep for more than an hour to hour and a half without the pain waking me up to readjust. Dr. Grana was very blunt about my recovery chances with my injuries. There was no guarantee; however, Dr. Grana took the time and explained several of his past experiences that were similar to mine. I cannot say enough good things about Katherine in her knowledge of stem cell therapy, how well she explains all aspects of it and how patient she is in repeating information. I play tennis and golf and was in extreme pain in my lower back, so much that I was addicted to opioids. Three independent orthopedic surgeons recommended that I have a spinal fusion. Besides the normal constant aching of arthurites I felt like I had a knife sticking in my sacroiliac and the back of my hand. The knife not only stuck in but twisted. This happened 20 to 50 times a day depending what I was doing .I couldn't even drive for 20 minutes with out having to stop and put Voltarin on my hand. Howie Fine: I have waited a year to give a review and I have to say that I am impressed. I have worked in the spine and general orthopedic field for many years so I know when a doctor is competent but the results speak for themselves. Dr. Grana has the magic needle but more importantly he knows how to harvest the proper stem cells. He is board certified and uses the latest technology to make sure the injections are placed properly. I have since gone back to my orthopedic for a follow up and he was very impressed that the space between the join has increased back to a normal size and I do not need a knee replacement. Well I already knew that because I'm back to playing tennis.

Jamy Pingeton: Dr Grana and the staff are great. I went in with several herniated discs in my neck, middle back and my right shoulder. I was in a lot of pain. I talked with Katherine and she went over everything with me on the difference between Stem Cells and PRP and how everything is done. I received the Stem Cell treatment followed by the PRP. The Stem Cells and PRP worked great. After a few weeks the pain and inflammation started going away. As of today I have about 80% improvement in my neck and about 90% in my shoulder. I got a MRI of my neck and shoulder one year later and no more herniations in my neck and right shoulder is healed. IfI have any other things that need to be treated going forward I will be going back for more treatment.
