He is an eminent cardiac and thoracic surgeon who has now devoted his practice to vein treatment the right way. He will honestly tell you the necessary treatment and perform it with care and be watchful of your recovery. This vein treatment business is serious; don’t be fooled by glossy advertisements and miraculous results. Trust a doctor who likes what he does and does it well.

Kate Lynch: I cannot recommend Shady Grove & Dr. Silva enough. The whole clinic & staff is amazing & so caring. I went through an ectopic pregnancy & they were there every step of the way for me including when I had to get rushed to the hospital. They were in contact with the hospital the whole time. I’m successfully pregnant now thanks to them & honestly so sad to be moving on to a regular OB & not getting to see them anymore. They are truly the best from the front office staff to the nurses & all the doctors.

Teresa: . The whole process the first and second time around were seamless. Communication with my nurse Kayleigh was always timely and efficient. You have to get a lot of blood draws and all the MAs were great. Courtney did all my ultra sounds and she’s the sweetest. Dr. Imudia did my transfer and he helped me feel at ease. A big shout out to Teressa who worked so hard on such a short timeline to make sure I got the final approval from insurance to start IVF asap as scheduled. Highly recommend Dr. Silva and SGF!

Yaimily Garcia: After 12 years of waiting, receiving bad news, tears, and searching for an IVF clinic outside the United States and inside, too, today, February 26, 2024, on my wedding anniversary, I received the fantastic news of being pregnant. I was lucky to find the SGF clinic and my doctor, Anthony Imudia. The clinic in Wesley Chapel and Tampa is where I had my treatment. All the staff from the front desk and nurses were very polite and answered all my questions. I always receive calls or emails on the patient portal the same day or the next day, answering all my questions. Financial makes everything easy to understand and to pay. My doctor, Imudia, is the best doctor for me. He speaks Spanish, my first language; he did all the tests to make sure I could have a safe pregnancy, gave me the opportunity for a fertility plan, and was very sincere and calm, able to provide me with faith and peace during my IVF treatment. I recommend the clinic SGF and Doctor Imudia. Your dream to be a mother is safe; they will walk you through the process. They work with the heart to make your dreams come true.

Maegan Monzon: Dr. Shepard is such a rarity in the medical field. He truly cares about his patients.I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy performed by him last year...which can be a nerve wracking experience. He was so kind, it's amazing how even a year later I still remember the gentle shoulder squeeze he gave me to help ease my nerves.I have been to several other gastro doctors over the last several years and have not found another doctor like him.I highly recommend his experience and expertise.His office staff is also kind and courteous, which is a nice plus.Thank you, Dr. Shepard.

Jamie Barrett: Dr. Shepard really takes the time to listen to you. I drive over an hour to see him for over a decade now. He believes in natural remedies and medication. I have never trusted a doctor as much as I have trusted Dr. Shepard. He believes that diet could have a lot to do with your health. Due to diet changes and medication he has helped me with my ulcerative colitis. I highly recommend him, and my only regret will be when he retires.
K Schenck: He is an exceptional doctor who always is kind and helps the patients understand their physical issues. I was so ill in 2005 that I was not sure I would make it. I had no support system. My Uc was terrifying. I got balance thanks to Doc Shepard! My insurance covered him once after that experience. His staff was great then too. I later was also found to have Celiac and the associated skin disease known as Durings disease. This meant blistering itching and horrible skin infections. infections including one that almost took my life. I cannot take any combined drugs for long and after much suffering realizef generic prescriptions would equally turn my life into a hell. It's not just food that can create a very bad reaction but medicines can as wellI recommend Dr sherpard and if you have any chronic intestinal issue. Thanks forever. God bless you and those he brings to you.I did not go thru the celiac discovery with Doc Shepard but I am sure he would help.

The thing that makes Dr. Shepard unique is that he cares about his patients like its his first year in practice. He doesn’t require you to make multiple appointments to get as much insurance money as possible and make you drive back and forth. He will do what he can in the time given to make you feel heard. Gastro can be a tricky guessing game but he will do his research and not give up on you.

If you want people who know what they are doing and actually want you involved in your child’s care I can’t express enough that this is the facility!!! If 5 stars is the norm I give them 10 stars!!! My husband and I go to the Tampa Office and have also been to the Little Road office and I won’t go anywhere else!!!

annette hodges: Dr. Bailey put any concerns I had with my surgery on my very first visit. Before surgery, he did another ultrasound to determine the extent of my blockage. At first, Dr. Bailey was hoping that he could stint the blockage, however, both of my arms and the back of my head wasn’t getting blood flow. Dr. Bailey determined that I would need bypass surgery on my left subclavian artery. I would recommend Dr. Bailey as a great surgeon.

Edward Sinavage: In 2019 I found out that I had an infection in the little toe on my left foot, it had to be amputated. For the next year I had a lot of problems with the foot, my fourth toe turned black and had to be removed, then my big toe turned black and I had the rest of my toes removed, it never healed the doctors `were telling me all sorts of different ways to stop the infection and save what was left of my foot. In early 2020 Trinity wound care introduced me to Dr.Golbach, he was the first doctor I talked to that really explained to me in terms that I could understand what needed to be done, he said the reason nothing was healing was because I had a bone infection and with each amputation I had they were not getting to the root of the infection, my bones were rotting and would never heal, he suggested a below the knee amputation that would take care of all the diseased and infected bone. In October of 2020 he did the surgery and finally I was on the road to recovery. It has not been easy but because of the time and care `from the doctor's office the infection is gone, I am seen every six weeks to two months depending on my needs. The doctor's staff is always friendly and helpful. Crystal balsamo: The staff was very nice and patient with me and Dr lorenzen was amazing what he did for my cataracts.Everything went well and no problems from my right eye with really bad cataracts and moving to right the day after the surgery a miracle that my eye went back not from him.But, he was not sure if it would bit it did.I am soooo happy I can see again out of both eyes it's been 2 days so far and it's still growing strong.Still taking the eye drops as prescribed to.It even helps when you wear the glasses they give u.Thank you tampa eye surgical clinic

Barbara Gentle: I think Tampa Eye is a 10 to me. I would highly recommend and will never go anywhere else for my eyes. I came to Tampa eye for 2eye bleeds and Dr Nogales was an angel sent from heaven for me. A year and a half I had cataract surgery at a very prominent cataract facility. Well needless to say it didn’t go like I thought. Many errors but after a year and a half had YAG surgery Dr Nogales, the entire staff has been so amazing and I owe my eye sight back to Tampa Eye Clinic. Dr Orlick, Dr Revennaugh, the front to having my temperature checked to every single employee I came across for 2 months you ALL are the very best!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Scott Anderson: This is a wonderful, new surgery center that is well run and patient-centered. They have a beautiful, spotless facility and fantastic, caring staff.
Lindsay Beyke: I cannot express how wonderful my experience was last week at Select Physician’s Surgery Center. I had never had surgery before, and I was absolutely terrified for weeks leading up. Everyone there was SO patient, kind, compassionate, and explained everything that was happening. I truly couldn’t believe how comfortable everyone made me feel. I had a Tympanoplasty done by Dr. Kyle Allen. I am still in recovery, but he was extremely helpful and explained everything in the appointments leading up and the day of surgery. I would highly recommend this surgery center to anyone - especially those who have anxiety about surgery. The staff and Dr. Allen couldn’t have been more kind.
St Yes: I recently had a Tympanoplasty and eardrum reconstruction done by Dr. Malone ENT specialist. He has been fantastic at Florida ENT and his bedside manner At surgery day at Select Physicians Surgery Center was fantastic. The staff at this facility are amazing. I was terrified going into this and every person I encountered was sympathetic and supportive. They explained everything in detail and gave me all the reassurance I could have wanted! I’m still recovering but my hearing definitely has improved. Apparently I don’t wake up from anesthesia very well and I got a little feisty. The nice man who apparently had to lay on me to get me to calm down, did a fantastic job and I would like to apologize for that. Sorry dude!! My wife was a bit shocked I was acting that way since I am one of the more calm people in the world. I’m a pretty big guy at 225 pounds 6’2. This wouldn’t have been too easy to keep me down. Again, I am sorry. I don’t remember that. Oops! Thanks for everything, everyone I encountered, I appreciate all that you do! Facility is clean, well set up, professional, caring, sympathetic, supportive and helpful! My wife enjoyed everyone as well! Keep up the great work guys! And thank you Dr. Malone! My lifetime of ear problems may have been solved by your work!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Brooke S: Writing this review and we’re only three days into my daughters recovery. Dr. Bueller was absolutely AMAZING! We are so happy with the results. My daughter got her tonsils and adenoids out and I was so nervous about this. Dr. Bueller explained everything PERFECT. She made me and my husband extremely comfortable and made sure we had all the knowledge we needed when it came to the before and after of this surgery. We followed her instructions and my daughter is doing amazing. She doesn’t even seem bothered at all by the healing. I betow every child is different but wow she is doing amazing! I expected it to be a horrible week but nope!! The office staff was extremely friendly and caring as well. The nurses and all who was involved with this surgery so so sweet and professional! I highly recommend Dr. Bueller! I couldn’t of asked for a better experience we are so thankful! Oh and I peeked into my daughters mouth the healing looks BEAUTIFUL!! She is breathing clearly and is sleeping soundly now at night. My baby is so much better and is getting full nights of rest. Thank you all so much.

Richard Rovinsky: About 10 months after my first vocal chord injection I need a “tune up” as the wonderful Dr Vincent called it. I have 100% faith and confidence in this exceptional doctor. He is thorough, informative, friendly and very caring. I have seen many doctors through the years and Dr Vincent is one of the absolute best doctors ever! At the surgery center the doctor makes you feel very relaxed. I had the procedure done at this Surgery Center the first time and was extremely happy with the facility and decided I would return here for the procedure. I was first in line arriving at 6AM. From check in to discharge everyone is great. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The level of compassion and care is absolutely excellent! They don’t run the facility like an assembly line as some other facilities do. They take their time giving you all the time and care you need. I highly recommend this facility!
Steve Dressler: I had sinus surgery here last week. I walked in that morning to sign in for surgery and the front desk folks were incredibly nice, very helpful and explained everything to me about my surgery, etc.!! Then Emily, my pre-op nurse came out to get me from the waiting room and get me ready for surgery. She did an excellent job explaining everything to me, she answered all of my questions, and she always made sure I was doing ok and asked me if I needed anything before I headed into surgery. Then I met my anesthesiologist and couple of more nurses as well. I believe the nurses were John and Susan. They did a fantastic job making sure I was ok and good to go. Again kudos to Emily, John, Susan, front desk staff, anesthesiologist, and the rest of the staff! They were simply awesome!!

T B: Poor service all around!The office was referred to me by my pediatrician. I had several options and went with them. I really wished I would have read the reviews and not wasted my precious time and money dealing with this unprofessional outdated facility.Our journey started in April 2023. My son was ill for the first appointment. We finally got in and the first appointment with Nurse Jasmine was not pleasant due to her rude attitude. Their blood pressure machine misread my son’s pressure causing us to take him to the ER where it was normal. This is the same day. That ER visit was $1,300. We were informed by the office that my child needed to have a Cardiologist evaluation before they would see my son and treat my son which we did.This costed about $500. He was cleared by the cardiologist and his blood pressure was fine. When we returned to the office for treatment their blood pressure machine gave the same elevated pressure. I voiced my concerns that their machine must be faulty. They refused to take his pressure by hand and when I asked why, no one knew how to take it manually. I asked to switch to Dr Carmín and she was very rude and showed no compassion. Her policy was if you miss 2 appointments you are dropped as a patient.I was told that the practice seems to have a volume of over 100s of patients daily by building insider. I was told that they are all family and if you are not satisfied with their services you’re simply telling a family member and nothing improves.They know families are desperate for help and they treat you like chattel. I cut ties with them in Separate 2023 when I took my child for a well visit to his pediatrician and his blood pressure was fine and on the next day I took him back to their office and they said his blood pressure was elevated. They continued to say that there was nothing wrong with their blood pressure machine.I would not recommend anyone to this practice!!They need a consultant to help them understand how to show kindness and compassion!

Danny Tejera: Dr Heinsimer is a real pro along with his crew. I had a huge kidney stone, he performed a lithotripsy and a stent. Very knowledgeable about this procedure and not only that but he listened patiently about all my concerns. I'll give him 10 out of 5.

Amy Andrews: Dr Trushar Patel is an amazing doctor. We are recommending him to everybody we know. My 50 year old husband was diagnosed on December 4 , 2019 with advance prostate cancer with a PSA score of 269. The doctor that originally diagnosed my husband told us that surgery was not an option. We search immediately for another doctor who referred us to Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel immediately met with us and had my husband in surgery by January 2, 2020. Dr. Patel robotically removed a six inch tumor from my husband with no complications. We will always be so thankful for Dr. Patel.

Debi Peterson: Dr Sahoo was very kind to squeeze me in at the last moment from a referral. he was very aggressive in assessing the reason for the visit and determining the immediate tests required. the tests were performed but a diagnosis was not determined. i was told through an assistant to schedule appointments with a vascular surgeon and a foot and ankle surgeon. for some reason i feel abandoned. i dont know why to sched appts with them cuz i was never given a diagnosis from Dr Sahoo. i am getting progressively worse with my issues and really don't know what is wrong with me.....thank you Debi Peterson
