Courtney: It's been 1 year and I'm back for round 2!From the 1st consultation, to the day of the procedure, to the 6 month follow up, it was all a smooth and professional process. They didn't try to sell or pressure me into buying more services. They focused on the service I wanted and answered all of my questions and concerns; with thorough explanation which I REALLY appreciated! I received PRP and the only thing I used beforehand was a few Tylenol. The procedure felt/sounded like popping rice crispy treats with 2 or 3 spots that felt like quick stings but it was all manageable. My results turned out better than expected. My temples were thin and you could see scalp. Now 1 year later, that area has filled in some and my scalp is hardly noticeable. The customer service and whole team is awesome!

John Hesh: Dr. Markou is excellent. I traveled from out of town to see him. I researched him beforehand and his resume speaks for itself. He is very very respected in the hair restoration community. But you wouldn't know it because he's so humble. After talking to a few doctors I can say that Dr Markou's knowledge and skills are unmatched. He personally talks to each patients before making any sort of payment. If there are any additional question he will call you personally. From my experience The doctors at the other places won't call you and you won't speak to the doctor until the day of. But you would never know it because he doesn't boast about it - he is such a kind man. His staff are very nice also. Everyone there had a smile on their face. They made sure that I got the hairline I wanted. The procedure can be very painful at other places but here they were sure that I was not in pain and kept asking if I was in pain so that they could make adjustments. This is a procedure I was nervous about and they made me feel so comfortable as a result of their kindness. Robin was kind and made the process so easy from the initial emails and phone calls to the day of the procedure and even after the procedure!! On top of all this I was happy that they made entire procedure very private. It was just me and the staff the entire time. Dr. Markou is very honest. I was unsure of which procedure to pick and he recommended a cheaper one. He cares about his patients. On top of all this he provides A1 quality work for a great price. Robin even reached out after the procedure to check how I was doing. Very happy with everything and will be recommending them. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time!! Very hard to find that kind of service nowadays and A1 quality. Dr Markou and his staff are the best!!

I had recently had a terrible experience elsewhere, my hair was damaged & uneven, the color was many different shades of ick and Klodjana transformed my hair into something gorgeous! Ashley Anthony: Absolutely obsessed with these products. I’ve tried almost everything I can get my hands on due to having mixed curly hair. When Georgeta suggested I try the balancing I was skeptical. I also tried stabilizing and I’m stoked to say I have stock of it in my cabinet. It’s the only shampoo I’ve found that works for my dry but greasy hair. When weightless came out I fell in love again and literally begged her to never let them run out! Hands down the best leave-in, wash out & heat protectant conditioner on the market. I am not even on the extract but after seeing my 6 month progress photos just for fun, let’s say I’m a customer for life.

Madeline Kurtz: I don’t normally review places, but Salon Halo deserves a MAJOR shoutout! I went in for a haircut as a first-time client and there was a mixup on their end with the scheduling time/stylist I was supposed to see. They went above and beyond to remedy the situation and took great care of me—and Angela did an AMAZING job on my hair! I would give them 10 stars if I could—I will absolutely be back!

Haley: Karen is the most experienced medical electrologist I've ever come across. She has been doing this for 35 years. I found out that she is talented in EVERYTHING from permanent makeup, skin care and facials, and waxing. I can't believe how much hair disappeared on my stomach after just one visit. It's personal one on one care, she sterilizes everything before the next customer comes in, keeping each patient safe from the virus. She is absolutely terrific at every service she performs.Karen is also beyond accommodating as she took a last minute appointment for me at 7pm because I was going out of town in the morning. I can't recommend her enough! She is just the nicest lady you'd ever want to meet. She makes me feel so comfortable and taken care of each time I come in. You know that the minute you're in her chair. You can tell she really cares and goes above and beyond.

I lost my numbing cream and Karen had extra, and Let me use it along with ice which REALLY helped. She obviously cares about her clients and wants to ensure as minimum pain as possible. She works very fast and I’ve never had any issues as far as the appointments not being on time or anything. Overall amazing experience and I encourage everyone to go to Karen for hair removal especially is your transitioning from MTF or FTM, as she’s experienced and deals a lot with the LGBT community. Highly recommend!
