KRISTEN ROSS: Arabelle Riverwalk came highly recommended to us by a mutual friend whose daughter recently graduated from UT. Our son was in need of off campus housing on very short notice so we took a leap of a faith based off the personal recommendation we received, and signed a lease before ever seeing the apartment. From the moment we arrived in Tampa, Danielle B was there to greet us with a smile and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, followed by a personal tour of the complex and amenities. She even followed up with us following the move in to make sure our experience was a positive one. I can't begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for everything she has done to make our son's transition to city living and college such a seamless and positive process. Whenever I have reached out to her whether it be by phone or email, she has always responded in a timely fashion. I have probably been one of the most high maintenance, helicopter college student parents out there, and yet she has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. When my son moved in, his apartment was clean and move-in ready. There was one small maintenance issue that needed attention and within an hour, the maintenance staff took care of it. Our experience with Arabelle Riveralk and it's staff has continued to exceed expectations. The location, the amenities, the secure building access, a designated parking garage, and the proximity to UT is everything you could possibly need or want. Thank you, Danielle, for making us feel valued and heard, opposed to treating us like another business transaction. Our son absolutely loves everything about living at Arabellle Riverwalk, and our hope is he will be able to continue living there for years to come while attending UT!

I was probably the most needy potential resident You could imagine. Danielle has been beyond amazing even after moving in she FaceTime me to give me two Give me tours multiple times. Frederick Gallagher: I moved to Tampa from out of state and relied on the leasing office and virtual walkthroughs to make my decision on where I would be living from over 900 miles away. Nicole was very supportive and answered every single question I had with grace - I couldn't have asked for a better experience when it came to the application and completing the lease. I even had packages arrive for me ahead of my move in date - Sara kept them in the leasing office for me and held them for over 2 weeks with no issues.On move in day getting my keys was the easiest process I have ever experienced when moving into an apartment community - took no more than 10 minutes. The only recommendation I had would be allowing the elevator to be rented during move-in, but besides that I am very happy with my decision to live at Pierhouse!

Kieran Rettler: I love everything about this place! The staff are welcoming, approachable, kind, and work their tails off to ensure the tenants are taken care of. Luis, Destiny, and Quiara are all awesome! They do a fantastic job organizing events and building a community here at NoHo. The entire complex is neat, nice, clean and organized. Work orders are fixed promptly. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, cafes, and downtown, and it feels like a lively area without the chaos and excess noise of living in the hub of the city. It’s been less than a week since I moved in, but it felt like home the moment I toured. Highly recommend NoHo Flats!

Holly Lind: My fiancé and I went and this was my first time. All of the dancers were lovely and we never felt pressured. I got a few dances while he stayed at the main stage. Beautiful girls and a wide variety of body types and hair colors. Top notch service too- we will be back if we are ever in Tampa again!
Tommy Rood: Penthouse is an exquisite dining experience. The meal was outstanding. Definitely one of the best dining options in Tampa hands down. I visit this establishment regularly and have had nothing but great meals and service. My favorite items include the burger, bbq flatbread, filet, and the ny cheesecake. Although these are my top picks, you can’t go wrong with anything you order. Compliments to the chef.

It was also great that she was able to get us to sign a lease very quickly because we were starting jobs soon. As far as the apartment and complex go. There were a few issues when we moved in but their maintenance team resolved them quickly. There’s always someone at the office willing to help with anything and you can tell they keep the building clean and care about their residents. Theres ain’t much noise at all, so far it seems like a quite community with great amenities.

Cameron Paguaga: I lived here for almost 2 years. Overall an great experience. Grounds were very well maintained, maintainence came quickly to fix stuff, amenities were nice, and was very quiet. Had some issues near the end where the leasing staff was very rude and so terrible. I can’t base a whole experience on one person they let act like that, cause then someone else reached out who knew what they were talking about and fixed my issues very quick she was awesome. Overall I would indeed recommend living here to anyone, the community as a whole is great.

Private Private: . We paid by the week, but when dad was discharged a little early, The Lodge sent us a discount for the days we didn't stay. I wish I remembered all the names of the people who helped us, they were all a blessing. No complaints at all. Even if the price may be higher than the other property, it is worth every penny and I tell evryone who has to go through procedures at Moffitt about The Lodge. I am not sure about pets though. A lot of people go to Mercy House, but if possible, come stay here.

John Goode: I absolutely love living here. I have been here for 2 months and I am really impressed especially with the rental office. Every time I have sent them an email the response time is always incredible. When I was looking for apartments I had a really specific need and Garet really got me exactly what I was looking for. This place is also so quiet, I can’t hear any of my neighbors what so ever. I’m really happy I moved here and I plan on staying a long time.
Alexander Stevens: Wonderful! I’ve lived here for a bit over two years and have been quite pleased. Great care is taken to ensure that the complex and individual apartments are kept in a first rate condition. The maintenance crew, led by James, are very professional and responsive.
Anthony Mallet: This apartment complex and living community is hands down the best that I’ve ever lived at. The apartments are more than spacious, the complex is kept very clean, the maintenance crew are always on top of things and the leasing office staff are the absolute BEST! This is the first complex that I’ve lived at where food trucks are brought to the property offering a variety of different food selections and the office staff host an abundance of different events for the residents. Any issue that I have EVER had, the staff here were quick to rectify it and often times within the same day. The amenities are top notch, the residents are friendly and you definitely get your money’s worth. I really do appreciate the staff providing me with the opportunity to call Oasis at Highwoods Preserve my home and when it came time to renew my lease, the decision was an easy one to make. I can assure you that the negative reviews about Oasis are completely bogus claims made out of spite by people that lack accountability and more importantly, take responsibility. I would definitely recommend Oasis to any and all of my family and friends and I hope to continue calling this community my home.
Katherine Hernandez: Oasis at Highwoods has the best facilities, staff, and location! As someone who just moved and is adjusting to living in a new place, all of the staff here have been so welcoming and warm. Garret and Erin are wonderful and helped my move go smoothly. They continue to provide assistance with anything I need and make this place feel like a home away from home. Maintenance staff is incredibly available and kind, and I can’t say enough about how great the community center and location is. Highly recommend!

The maintenance team is always quick to come and resolve any issues. They are phenomenal! The community is clean and quiet. I love the pool area and the dog park. It's a great location being right off of I-75 and close to some many shopping areas. They have so many community events and really do treat you like VIP residents!

Simone Boyd: Shayla's knowledge of the property and all its amenities and features was excellent. She gives a great tour and creates a visual of what your life would be like living at the Pearl and enjoying the local activities and venues.

Whitten Dominguez: The Pearl is such a great place to live! The one bedroom my wife and I live in has been awesome, and the staff is great! The maintenance staff is extremely helpful and quick when we need something fixed and the cleaning staff is always at work around the Pearl and because of that the complex is always very clean! The front office is also amazing! The girls in the front office, Makenna, Shayla, and Destiny are beyond helpful and so friendly! If there is ever an issue, they are the go to! They’re always happy to help and such a fun group! If you ever have issues, it’s never going to seem like a burden asking them for assistance. They seem to love their job and have a happy heart when helping! I would 10 out of 10 recommend living at the Pearl!

Danny Trombley: I can't express enough how amazing my experience has been with our amazing leasing agent Makenna from the start of the touring process to finding the perfect apartment.I was looking for very specific things out of my next apartment and she took so much time showing me around the complex and different units time and time again. She invested heavily into making sure she kept me notified as units that fit my needs came available.The entire office staff has truly been amazing to work with. I couldn't be happier with my choice to live in the Pearl and the location is amazing. Give Makenna a call, you won't regret it!
