I had temporarily relocated from New York for a couple of months and desperately needed a furnished apartment, I was fortunate that Urban Oasis was exactly as advertised. My unit was stacked with nothing but state-of-the-art essentials; stove, refrigerator, air-conditioner, washing machine and dryer, multiple televisions, comfy bed and couch, and a spacious bathroom. Whatever you need, Serge has it covered!Equally worth mentioning, the complex is a stone throw away from the many great restaurants and bars that reside on Dale Mabry and Kennedy. It is also very close to many nearby grocery stores for those looking for a more extended stay. It may have only been for a short time, but Urban Oasis was definitely a little home away from home for me. I highly recommend it!

Ev Parks: I stayed on the property for over a year and a half .I rented the apartment due to a project I was doing in the area. Honestly there is not a single bad thing I can say of my time here. The apartment was exceptional. The property was great and even upgraded even better while I was here.The one time I had an issue that needed addressed it was taken care of same day with a call to Serge. The property is quite although close to almost anything needed. I actually walked to the fitness center nightly . The neighborhood is also very quite and also never heard or seen a single disturbance during my time.The tenants where very friendly and due to the fact most are short term I was sad to see most of them go during my extended stay.I would guess in closing if your looking for a turn key sort or long term stay in Tampa, then this is definitely the place.

Maintenance responds very quickly and are very efficient. Apartments are pretty sound proof even for a night shifter like me that sleeps during the day. No random fire alarms to worry about either. Could never hear my neighbors next door or above me. Pool, gym and sun deck are great, and the Channelside neighborhood is starting to get really popular with new places opening up all the time. An easy 15 minute commute for anyone working at MacDill AFB. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

By way of example, an Amazon carrier left our package in the breezeway - allowing for anyone to take it. However, our property manager, Kristie, not only picked up the package, by also took it to our door to make sure it was safe.Great spot to live and you won't regret it!

Doug Mac Lean: I’ve been living at the Morrison for a few months and love it! I’ve lived in a few different places in Tampa, and this is by far the best. The location is amazing and I love being able to just walk downstairs to get a quick bite or a drink or to even do my grocery shopping around the corner.The property manager, Alyssa, has also been amazing. Always very quick to respond to and see to resident needs in a timely fashion and with a friendly positive attitude. My dog also loves and appreciates when she pops out of the office to give him treats and chat as we go by on our evening walks.

Kim Turner: Helped a family member move in to the The Morrison. The apartment is centrally located in "Soho" Tampa, with many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Once we finished the move, went across the street to Green Lemon which was delicious. The apartment room layout is perfect with spacious rooms. The pool/grill area is exceptionally clean and very inviting. Alyssa, Morrison's representative, was helpful during the move-in. Considering that we were not the one's moving in, she went out of her way to make it an easy experience. Very happy for our family member to be in such a secure and beautiful apartment.

My husband and I both work in medicine and needed a place that was quiet enough during the day when we worked night shifts and was near places to grab quick meals. The Morrison checked all of our boxes. The apartment has enough space for us and visiting guests and is close to everything! We love being able to walk out our door and already be next to three amazing restaurants and bars. The management team has been great! The manager Alyssa is always available when I need her and she puts a lot of effort into keeping The Morrison looking incredible. The engineering/maintenance team is wonderful! I can text Paul whenever I have an issue and he is already on it. We were gone for a few days and it had rained a lot but Paul and Alyssa were so kind to put our packages that were outside into our apartment so they would not get wet and ruined. We appreciate their kindness and their hard work in making our home feel safe and fun! I would highly recommend the Morrison to anyone!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen Paul not busy working for even a second. Alyssa is constantly helping to improve issues with the property and always friendly and helpful with anything you need. The owners of this property really lucked out by having them. Unlike other apartment complexes I've have experienced in the past, the management at the Morrison is truly always willing to help and is efficient/fast at addressing any concerns. Our property manager, Alyssa, is the absolute best and always goes out of her way to help. Our maintenance supervisor, Paul, is the kindest man and can fix just about everything. I don't think I have had a maintenance request outstanding for more than a day or two ever. These two run a tight ship and make sure all their residents are taken care of!!

However, the Morrison lacks outlets for electric cars. This was the biggest issue for me. Also, we prefer apartments that utilize secure package delivery services like Fetch. Other than that, we were impressed with The Morrison. If you're looking for a small, safe community that's walking distance to everything, this would be a great fit for you.

Julie Gerbus: I transferred from the Emerson on Rocky Point to Varela because of the amenities at varela are 100% better than the Emerson. Tracy Barcelo has been a life saver. Within weeks of moving in my daughter needed major back surgery and Tracy handled everything and was very knowledgeable. I think we made the best decision moving to varela. The office staff at varela is 100% more caring and in touch with their residents. At the Emerson Laura Worms was the only office person I wanted to work with. Here at varela it’s Tracy Barcelo but if she is not available, any of the office staff at varela will help me if I need it with a smile on their face.. I would recommend Varela over the Emerson or Novus and I have lived at all three properties so I can speak from experience.

Matt Kroeten: Staff was excellent and amenities were very nice. Only issues were the rates when we moved out were a little high for our liking and I would advise anybody leasing on the southeast corner of the building that the adjacent property makes a lot of noise very early in the morning. It's a fleet maintenance facility for city vehicles so garbage trucks and school busses will be backing up at 4am and beeping loud enough to wake you up.

I have never had any issues with noise and I've made friends with many of my neighbors. The amenities are top-notch, and definitely some of the best you'll find in the area. The community events are always a lot of fun, and it's much appreciated when we get free food and drinks. The property is kept up well and maintenance is usually very quick to respond to requests. We were in from out of town and only had one day and limited time within that day, to look at places. The moment we walked in Alvin greeted us very professionally. He assisted us in getting the basics answered; rates, sizes, lease times etc. even though he was preparing for an appointment he had scheduled that should have been there any minute. Alvin tried to make an appointment with us, understanding our time constraint and wanting to make sure he could help. Well, for us, the appointment time he had remaining wasn't going to work. We thought that was it and actually was quite pleased with the info we had gathered and was ready to leave when Alvin said, " My appointment isn't here so let me just quickly walk you through some areas." He was fantastic! We got to see the whole complex, a couple different sized units to give us an idea of space and layouts as well as different views. We could not have been more impressed by the level of professionalism, integrity and personality that Alvin provided! We are not sure if Florida will end up being the plan for us but if it is, Alvin will definitely be the person we will come back to lease from. They set me up with a portable AC in the meantime to keep me cool while they were working on it. They were both super kind and courteous. I know if I need anything else fixed in my apartment that I can depend on them to be professional and do a great job.

Lance is amazing & has been accommodating to all of my requests and questions. The location is also great with various shops, restaurants, and things to do in the area which is walking distance away. Aw Shucks: I moved here in march 2023 and I’m not one to like living in the apartment atmosphere. To me it’s all about the staff at apartments and how they make you feel at home. The amenities are great although, we could use a few more grills here. The staff is incredible. Aaron, David and Stephanie are such a pleasure to know that they actually look out for you. David and I have talked just about life and living in different cities and he’s definitely really sociable and awesome. Kyle is the one that I rented my apartment from and he’s hilarious and really takes care of you too, but he’s at a sister property now. I looked at these apartments three times. It’s a big change moving to a new neighborhood and even bigger moving into an apartment complex with rules. I can honestly say that of all the places I have lived, this is the best place. Lots of young professionals, walking distance to everything as well as feeling safe at night. Just remember the staff can make or break it and the staff here is by far the best. MAA, Please keep the team you have here! They don’t talk down to you after you lease, they really actually care.

Then, I had a massive delivery with heavy boxes, and Joseph took time from his day to lift probably 250 lbs of stuff into my apartment. I am super grateful for their above and beyond service. When I arrived it was raining, and my packages were all safe and dry inside. Thank you so so much Talia & Joseph.The community here is super friendly. It’s clean, and well maintained. I needed maintenance for a minor issue, and it was resolved right away. I love the cafe on site, and appreciate the events they host.

Application process was seamless & Joe was quick and responsive when it came to all my annoying emails leading up to our move. Obviously these are not newly built apartments but what theyve done to the property is lovely, the dog park, grill area, fire pit and gym are all kept very clean. The trail to the beach and kayak launch are absolutely a plus as well.

I’ve only ever had wonderful experiences with them all. A solid 7.5/8 out of 10. I only left because I bought a home out of state.

Haleigh Schroth: Olympus Harbour Island is a wonderful complex to look at if you’re looking to move. Beyond happy with the customer service and staff that are always so friendly and helpful here!! Definitely recommend checking it out And so happy I made the right decision moving here!!!

R Jaber: This is my first year at Olympus Harbour Island and I have to say I love it!!! The building and amenities are great and it’s very modern and kept updated. The staff are amazing from the leasing office and Hannah who was phenomenal to the concierge who are friendly as well as the cleaning and maintenance crew.The location is ideal with so much going on downtown and on the island itself. With water street a short walk along with the riverfront walk u can’t go wrong.

I had my toddler with me and he was acting pretty crazy and she was extremely understanding and even gave him a little toy. I definitely feel comfortable in this community and could see myself living here with my son I felt safe and really loved the apartment and the quality.

Hollie Giles: We have only been living in the Camden Preserve Apartments for a short time, but we already love it here. The apartments are very nice, and we are beginning to get settled. Obviously, there is never a mandate that things can go wrong, but as we all know, little things seem to come up when beginning anew. I am writing this review so that anyone interested in Camden Preserve will know how caring and prompt this complex is whenever there is a need for maintenance or a repair. The team is Alex, and his crew is Edwin and Jose. I say this because we came to Tampa from Nashville, and we lived in a nice complex, but if there was a problem that needed attention, the maintenance staff had to go through such a long process to address it that it became a frustration. Even the littlest thing had to have a maintenance request, and then be approved and then you waited as long as they took to “get around to it,” sometimes it was a while. I had come to expect that as the “normal” routine, until I came to Camden.We had a big problem with the Microwave oven, it didn’t go around; it got stuck and wasn’t able to turn so things could be burned. They tried to get it to work, but with no luck, and just like that, Jose and Edwin came to replace it, and it was only a day later; we were very surprised and that was great. My son blew a fuse in his bedroom, and literally within minutes, Edwin was here to get it back in working order and the power was back on. The patio door was missing a lock, and Alex put a new lock on the patio door right away after we asked. I mean, it has been so nice to know that whatever happens, they will be there promptly to fix it. It may seem like a small thing, but it isn’t when you need help, and a comfort to know, these guys will always be there as fast as they can; they literally get the message and come to address the problem right away as soon as possible.The maintenance staff consists of three great guys who seem to know how to do everything. I’m sure that is a stretch, but they seem to know how to fix any problem. I am sure Alex is the absolutely best teacher, my sense is that he really does know how to do everything, and I am guessing, but I bet Edwin and Jose have learned a lot from him. The best part is that it is very obvious they all love what they do, and want to help anyone who has a problem as promptly as possible; it matters and we are grateful. They are so nice, and so willing to help, it is a pleasure for me to write this review.We wanted people to know how important they are as part of a very nice working staff here at Camden. Everyone is so willing to help with any request, it only takes an “ask”. It does give you a sense of peace to know you will not be left out if you have a problem that needs fixing.The Camden property is quite large, and the maintenance staff rides around in little carts, and they move fast from one place to another. I love the grounds, and the little lake, and the ducks that seem to be there all the time. We have a little dog, and I think she loves it here too. The property is wooded, and so beautiful with plants and trees, and she loves to be out walking here, and so do we. Just thought I would let you all know if you are looking for a nice place to live in Tampa.

Karen Brown: I had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Bri and Katlyn in my search for an apartment. Bri gave me a tour of the complex and answered any questions I had. When I met Katlyn, she was very knowledgeable about the complex. I asked her if I could view the apartment I eventually rented and she obliged. Erin Westacott: I have lived here for several years. I have had several issues with previous management and maintenance, however, Esther is an amazing property manager. She is great at communicating and solving problems. Rent is pricier than I’d like at this point, but the complex is nice, and the new gym is a great amenity. Would recommend to someone moving to the area.

小胖儿: A really nice place to live. Staff in leasing center are very nice and maintenance will be done quickly after you submit one. The environment in the community is enjoyable. It takes about 10 mins driving to USF. All in all, this is a community you could find that probably will be the top 3 of your apartment list.

Taylor Zeek: Ester and her team are great. The management team makes this a good place to live at.

Ismael Ramos Santos: The greatest experience in renting an apartment. Definitely the best staff that you can find anywhere and their professionalism is top-notch. For anyone who is renting nearby the USF area I highly recommend Lakeview Oaks, great staff Esther, Dianna, and Joey are 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and the entire maintenance team is also 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!
