Robert French: and there were antics involved between the two student bodies. I remember someone form our school painting a panther sign on the side of their school pink. Another time, I remember Plant had a small aircraft towing a banner, circling our school and stating something along the lines on how they were going to beat us.Anyway, looking back I had fun times attending there.

Brenda Castillo: Lots of school spirit. My child is happy and there is usually a decent amount of communication between teachers and parents.Like many schools I do find teachers to be hit or miss, some are good at their job and some simply do not care.Only downfall is the faculty has a difficult time making decisions on process and procedure leaving parents guessing. Every member of the staff will tell you something different, seems to be a break down in communication between administration and staff.

Our daughter has ASD, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities, but the teachers & staff at Pepin see beyond those labels and help the child flourish academically and personally.We can’t recommend or thank Pepin Academies enough for what they’ve done for our family.

JL Taylor: This message Scarpo famiy. I have daughter graduated with honors and accepted Vanderbilt University. I was not catholic but the way they accepted my daughter did excel the in the school and values she inherited and character they folded my daughter was commendable. I have utmost respect to school and entire teaching. My daughter is excelled with her standards not with paying 1,5 million dollars donation to buy and pass the buck to go to top schools.You cannot buy a class paying and asking your money back but class is you are born with it. It is in your blood not your in bank accounts.Money does not buy your child education she must earn it. That is what Sister Ann Celine told us to my daughter did exceed in the school with their help but never forced to change the beliefs of my religion nor standards. I am very proud AHN. She did not go to college to pay with my husband's money but she worked hard in school to earn it.

I have experience with 3 of the magnets so I can speak for them.The game design magnet sets you up for life very well and the teachers and students are always helpful when you are stuck on something.The engineering magnet is very easy if you are devoted to engineering.The biomedical magnet has very fun and engaging classes that teach you a lot of new content, year after year.I heard CSIT has good teachers who are very well versed.Any prospecting freshmen should look forward to this amazing school.As said by the school, ONCE A TIGER, ALWAYS A TIGER!
Anon Anonymous: This school is one that may not be the one with glamour and gold plating, but those with glamour and gold plating forget the grit of daily life. This school teaches that life is not perfect. As a magnet student, I highly discourage the attendance of the computer science magnet curriculum. Not to call for a witch hunt, but as a present junior, I find myself wasting time in these classes, Why the 4 stars? I gained a lot of experience with clubs, classes, and friends that although appears to be a strict school reveals itself to be very laissez faire, enabling its students to expand beyond that of a 4 subject core curriculum. With highly successful and attended clubs such as Model United Nations, FBLA, Robotics, Band, Sports, etc., it broadens the views of its attendants.TLDR; Go for the experience, not the magnet curriculum.

The board raised the tuition over $2,500 in the middle of the school year for the upcoming school yr that was addressed at a board meeting with the parents.While that is a large increase, I do look forward to the upcoming changes and impacts they have in store with it, in sha Allah.
Khaled: We have experience with all major Islamic schools in the Tampa Bay Area. We actually transferred our children from the other two schools over to UAF. UAF is heads and shoulders above the other two islamic schools. It is on par with other private schools in Tampa. I think the school is planning to add more resources towards improving Arabic and Quran courses.

Melissa Carlson: This school provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the 7 grade levels. It does a great job of fostering community within the student body and outside in the community at large through regular philanthropic events. The teachers want to see their students succeed and make themselves available to students to provide one-on-one support as needed. Personally, I love that it is considered "cool" to work hard and do your best. Tampa Prep has helped my son become more confident and self assured, and helped him stretch outside his comfort zone via public speaking opportunities and through playing in band. The school also provides field trips to encourage experiential learning and reinforcing current content. My son looks forward to going to school.
Chelsea Nauta: TP truly prepared me to excel in college. When I got to UGA, classes felt easy, I was so far ahead of my peers in my ability to study, organize an essay, communicate ideas and think critically.I was a D1 athlete and many of my teammates were overwhelmed when they got to college. Thanks to TP, I had all the skills I needed to balance the demands of being an NCAA student athlete.

M. Mills: A true college preparatory school. Great education within a supportive, nurturing environment.My kids love going to school here. The middle school faculty and administration are awesome! They guide the kids through what can be a tricky transition from elementary school into middle school. Very supportive and nurturing.The high school provides a rigorous academic program coupled with a variety of clubs, sports and other groups the students can participate in.They also take college counseling very seriously and provide a strong team to assist students and parents through the process.

Capt'n Ron Hayward: I attended the school the first 2 years of it's existence and knew from the very first year that the methods and perspective would produce some excellent results with many who have the privilege to attend. True as one comment states, it is very expensive, and that goes beyond tuition. We can only hope the children of the wealthy parents don't spoil... but instead see the investment their parents are making and the honor of the opportunity.
Cookie Crafter_YT: I did a shadow there.One of the things I liked were how the chairs were very moveable.The students were very welcoming for example this one girl said with a smile said welcome to Tampa prep! I like how the kids know how to order online with their iPads! In one class the girl who shadowed me had a test so the teacher was very nice and let me played some games on her iPad.I know it's a very expensive school but it seems worth it. (:

Dean G. Davis: Exceptional school. Both our kids went to Corbett Prep from K - 8th. We currently have one son in high school and one in college. They are both doing very well. Corbett not only prepared them to succeed academically, but taught them values, and how to be a gentleman. The administration and teachers really cared about our boys. Could not have been a better experience.
DowntownTampa Parking: My 3 kids go to this school and there ages 11,6 and 5. We also have many cousins and friends who attend. We love this school, especially the beautiful natural campus. All of the teachers are friendly and knowledgable. The focus on wellness, mindfulness to help children achieve maximum personal success is very unique to Corbett Prep.
Jo Wasser: We were there for my sons 3 on 3 tournament from the Bob Sierra YMCA Northdale, hosted by Corbett Preparatory School directed by Carymen Samuels. Very well organized, even had fruits for the players at N/C it was very clean and we all had a fun time. The school grounds are very well maintained and set on the water simply gorgeous the serenity is great. Very good place for teaching children.

Bonnie Bertolino: . Many said that they wished their child had gone there or that they had.My own Mom put it best when she got involved as a Grandparent at the school. She said that the school "has a reason for everything that it does." That's totally it, as the school bases its practices on the latest brain-based research. There is a book available on Amazon about the school which gives a good look into the philosophy which I recommend: It's All About Kids: Every Child Deserves a Teacher of the Year.
Carolyn Aulicino: Beyond awesome! My daughter is in 3rd grade and has had the benefit of a Corbett Prep Education since Pre K3. She is energized to go to school every day and truly enjoys the multiple options in learning. Students are well rounded and confident children as a result of the core classes and specials; each closely working together. Every member of the Faculty gives 110% and truly cares about each student. It is truly a Family at Corbett Prep...the most amazing Family you could ever ask for!
