kathy bianco: Denise at Skin NV is fabulous. I have been with her since they opened! When you are dealing with you face, you want the best, well she is. I would not trust anyone else. She is exact and knows what to do! Love her!! I love the care I get from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave. Everyone is very attentive and kind. If I call with a question, I have an answer the same day. That is very unusual; but the girls there are super good about taking care of all you needs. Thank you Skin NV.
Emely Oliva: 5 star service all the way from reception to the services you receive. The office is very clean, modern, nice decor. Front staff is always welcoming, kind, inviting. The receptionis Hailey is always so kind, answers all questions, always offering drinks while you wait. I have received multiple services from Tatiana who did my initial free skin consult, always professional and delivers great services. She develops individualized plans depending on your own skin concerns. I have noticed so much improvement in the few months I have been seeing her. She reviewed my skin care routine and adjusted it to her recommendations. The prices may be a bit higher than other med spas in the area but having visited many other similar offices, the quality of services and customer experiences you receive here reflects that.
Alexa Goldblum: I absolutely love this place. I got a facial from Marie and it was the best one I’ve had hands down. It helped my skin flare ups and I felt soft and glowy for weeks after. I also got botox from Nancy and she was fantastic, she clearly explained what she was doing and helped with my nerves. The whole staff is very comforting and friendly, especially the girls who work at the front desk. Overall great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back

Marcelino Ibarra: I go to this store almost everyday since I work 3 blocks away. I always have a great experience. It is refreshing to see that as soon as you walk into the store somebody's asking you if they can help you. I have read all the reviews here and the people that complain about being asked if they need help when they walk in usually also say in the review that they do this to black people only, which is not true. I go to that store every day and every single person that walks through the door, of any color, is asked immediately if they need assistance finding anything in the store. It is great that this store uses that to help customers and I haven't seen it done at any other CVS I go to.
