Michelle Machlin: My son attended the Bricks 4 Kidz after school program at his elementary school this past fall and absolutely loved it. Each week he looked forward to a new project and enthusiastically told us about what he built in each class. I had the pleasure of bumping into one of the instructors after school and it was obvious that they love what they do! It’s rare for my son to find a hobby that can engage him for hours so I am so grateful for Bricks 4 Kidz because the after school program allowed him to spend time on an activity that he enjoys so much. We look forward to attending more programs with Bricks 4 Kidz and would highly recommend this company to any other parent.
A Smith: This place was awesome! The kids all had a blast. The ladies in charge created fun games for them to play and they have the patience of ANGELS. The kids went bonkers having so much fun and the women in charge dealt with it so calmly and professionally. Kudos to their patience lol We all had a blast, thank you!

Ian Ward: Coach Teddy runs a fantastic program and is a great coach. My daughters enjoyed the summer camp, 5 vs. 5, and 3 vs. 3 leagues. I highly recommend TDBA.
Sarah Weller: We tried many basketball programs when moving to Florida. TD is by far the most fundamental, engaging and competitive environment for those with and without experience. My 2 girls look forward each week to seeing Teddy and his staff. Give this program a chance, you won’t regret it!

We have 3 boys and last summer we signed them up for the point guard camp and the boys absolutely loved it, so much so that we ended up signing them up for training membership. Richard C: This is an amazing school. When I was a kid it was B&R Ranch but about 40 years ago Sally Harris purchased it and transformed it into a paradise of learning and fun. The needs and wants of both parents and children are not only met they are absolutely exceeded with an amazing staff, great classrooms for learning and educational opportunities, horses to both learn from and have fun with and amazing playgrounds. To handle the virus they built outdoor classrooms so social distancing could be maintained. This is a very easy five stars compared to any other educational and/or day care facility in West Central Florida. It is easy to see why so many military families from Macdill are so happy to be so close to such an amazing place.

Elizabeth: My daughter goes to vpk there and loves it! They get to ride horses, have a bounce house every other Friday, a dance instructor comes a couple times a month and does dance. She has homework a couple times a week and fun family activities to complete. She brings home all her school work so I can see how she is doing. I'd totally check them out it's such a neat place in the city.

Lindsey Graves: important to invest in my heath so I did. I went everyday. I loved it. I was in great shape and had fun switching up all of the different classes offered. This worked well for me as I get bored easily. Sadly, they have raised their prices and I no longer can afford to go. $200 a month is insane. I love all the instructors and really enjoyed my time going there and looked forward to it every day. The downside of this gym is that they heavily pander to already super fit, young people that are extremely well off…. So it can be a bit intimidating to regular people and I often felt out of place but loved it so much I pushed through that discomfort. I still attend camp but I had to switch to class pass. It’s not the same, you easily use up credits quickly, and the experience isn’t the same, but it’s the only way I am able to participate.

Kayla Boatright: Whenever I’m in town I’m always going to CAMP. It’s great because they have 5 studios all in one place. So you get to mix up your workouts which I love doing! They offer yoga, yoga sculpt, mat Pilates, stations, circuit, and cycling. The staff is amazing and the people that come in to workout are awesome too.

The work out area is spacious & has all the equipment you could want, they offer a lot of exercise classes with a great variety, the trainers are great & well priced, the pool is amazing, they have free coffee, they staff is incredibly friendly & of course because of all the good that the YMCA does for people.

Michele Mistretta: As a year long member, it is hard to believe any of the negative reviews about this gym.I almost quit my first month because there aren't as many machines as I am used to from my previous gym experiences and I don't like standing around and waiting for my turn.But on a whim I decided to try some classes and I quickly became a regular!The classes are excellent and I get so much more out of going to the gym now than I did before when I just used the machines with my headphones on.The employees and members are so friendly and encouraging and when you regularly take the classes, you make friends and get great results!

Jessica Cupido: Highly recommend the swim classes. My son was afraid of the water when he started and by 6 weeks he joined his sister in the intermediate group of kids. Instructors are all good from our experience.
Benjamin Coen: I can't say enough positive things about the South Tampa YMCA afterschool enrichment program! My kids absolutely love it, especially the weekly swimming lessons that keep them active and engaged. One of the standout aspects of this program is the staff. They are not only attentive and caring but also actively involved in helping my children grow. I appreciate how they provide academic assistance without just handing out answers. Instead, they guide my son and daughter through their homework, allowing them to learn independently while still being there to support and encourage them. The structure of the program is also a huge help for my busy schedule. Knowing that my kids have dedicated time for homework and that there are knowledgeable staff members available to assist them gives me peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend the South Tampa YMCA afterschool enrichment program. It's a fantastic blend of fun activities, academic support, and caring staff that truly invest in the children's well-being and development.

Layne Spotts: For nearly 4 decades Brucie Klay's Dance Center has been one of the premier dance studios in south Tampa. I grew up taking dance at BKDC and my daughter and son take dance there now, too. Brucie, her family, and her staff have been like family to us. She encourages and fosters a sense of kindness and character with the dance students. In these times of a pandemic, she has handled her dance studio business in a professional yet safe manner for all her dance families, keeping the lines of communication open and honest throughout the months she remained closed. Now that she is open again, the appropriate safety precautions are consistently in place but they also offer zoom classes. 5 stars are not enough for BKDC!

It's like a little community, everyone is very friendly & inviting.They offer a great variety of different classes. Coach Luis has the perfect disposition for children; firm but calm and fun. He mixes skill with games. The kids go from intense concentration, to laughter during games to cheering for their fellow Ninja as they attempt the warped walls. My kids never want to leave!! My boys are wild thrill seekers. It puts me at ease to know they are learning how to jump, land, roll, and defend in a safe setting so when they are hanging from trees or jumping from rock to rock they have the skills to fall without injury. Heather Walz: My son started coder school New Tampa last year when he was 8 and absolutely loved it! The staff is amazing! Coach Mike didn’t just assign him with a coach. He took the time to place him with a coach that would be the most beneficial to my son and man did he nail it! My son loves the coaching but also going just to hangout and play with friends he’s made. I always feel like my son is in safe hands and well taken care of when I drop him off. Could t recommend New Tampa Coder school enough!!
Mildred Guerra: After looking at other coder schools, we were very impressed with The Coder School. My son has been going to The Coder School for almost a year now and he loves it and has learned a great deal. Coach Iber is great at teaching my son how to code. The owner, Mike, is great and helpful. He understands that my son is very shy. Mike is always suggesting days for my son to come and meet other kids his age.I highly recommend The Coder School!

Bob Aloisio: This place is awesome. The owner Mike is super friendly, understanding and is willing togo the extra mile to make sure your child is being properly supported. My kids coach.instructor Dunya was amazing as well, he did nothing but rave about her and he has learned so much in a short time. In addition every member of the staff was really helpful. I would highly recommend the Coder School if you wanted a fun and intelligent way to get your kid interested in coding.

Jacqueline Darna: The best after school activity! I'm so glad I bought the coder school package at the Montessori Casa Dei Bambini Soiree because I see how incredible my son is with computers. It's the greatest after school activity and he does it with all his friends. Plus I think we're going to be a big Coder School Summer Camp.

Shanette Driver: We had the pleasure of having a swim lesson with Luna. She is fantastic! So professional and thorough, my son really enjoyed himself. Front desk was welcoming and the building was very clean.

Mary Rodriguez: I love to go to the Aqua Fitness classes. I usually do my own exercise for another half an hour or so. I come out feeling very energized. I don't even feel like I've done any exercises. Wish they had classes everyday and classes for Aqua Zumba..... I love dancing but have issues with my knees.

He has such a good time he doesn’t want to leave, everyone knows his name and it’s all smiles and warm greetings when we come in. Over the top service! Anthony Catabese: Great place to have your children learn. The first few visits can be tough but Daniela, Julia and Ana her teacher are great. Highly recommend.

Candice Hidalgo: in the Parent Tot class. My husband was a competitive swimmer and it has been such a joy to see him swim with our girls. Everyone here has been so friendly and patient, above all patient.
Jennifer de Laat: We definitely recommend watermelon. The kids loves the teachers, there are small groups. We need to drive 25 minutes to get there and its definitely worth it.
Nicole Levy: Miss Brittany is amazing with our almost two year old. He was nervous moving up to level 2, but she made the transition so smooth and he warmed right up to her. He has learned so much in the past couple months and looks forward to each week!

We’ve been with Watermelon Swim for almost one year now and it has been wonderful. He is so happy here and I have seen a huge difference in his level of comfort when it comes to being in the water and his overall skills improving. The instructors and staff are all super friendly, helpful and welcoming. They treat us like family. Anthony and Elejandra have been so kind and patient with my son. I’m very grateful for this place!
K PERFORMANCE: I did two different swimming levels. I continued because the Instructors were so loving with all the children. Parents and their children can be so vulnerable during this particular water activity, yet you feel safe, comfortable, loved and accomplished thanks to the staff. We are learning so much, especially to be fearless in the water; something that is a must for our children. The supervisor would check on us every session. She remembered our names and always has a smile when answering all of our questions. I’m also super impressed with their front desk staff. They are so friendly and professional. One in particular; Gabriel. Patient, friendly, active listener, resourceful, professional, helpful and caring. I recommend them every chance I get.
Erica Costa: We’ve been attending watermelon since my son was 6 months old! He’s now 2.5! He loves coming every week and looks forward to it. His swim skills have improved so much and so has his confidence! I highly recommend watermelon to everyone!

raven blackburn: Our daughter did not like swimming before the swim classes, and even her first 3 classes were tough and the instructors were so patient and kind and reassuring! Now she LOVES swimming, loves every instructor, and is in level 5 and working on diving! Couldn’t recommend this place more and worth every penny. Mila is our current instructor and we love her!
Kayla Gonzalez Reams: We love Watermelon Swim, South Tampa! My daughter has been swimming at this location since last November and we have loved it from the very beginning. She has already learned so much just within three months. All of the employees are friendly, kind and very helpful. We love Ms. Savannah and have recently also swam with Ms. Julie & Ms. Kara. We love all of the instructors she’s had so far and look forward to her future classes at WS!

Clarissa Blanco: Our daughter has attended for a year and a half and has become super comfortable in the water and has built water safety skills. The staff is friendly, courteous, flexible, and truly meets the needs of each student. Our daughter has done both group and private lessons and we noticed a huge improvement when she transitioned I to private lessons. Definitely recommend.
Mallorie Bonti: We absolutely love Watermelon Swim! Our almost 2 year old daughter has improved so quickly! Mr Christian is the best!! He does an incredible job instilling confidence and safety in the water while still having fun! Highly recommend!
