She helped us find the perfect watch - a Tudor 1926, for my sister’s 50th Birthday. My sister loved it and the best part was the inscription on the back commemorating this special milestone in her life. In fact Brittany gave me tips on the inscription to maximize the space and choose a beautiful font. Details like that make all the difference, especially for such an important occasion. I highly recommend Mayors and Brittany to find your perfect timepiece!

Charlie Adams: I ordered a custom watch from an online jeweler that came with an extra band. I didn't trust myself to make the attempt and Old Northwest Jewelers came to the rescue!
Richard Mockler: Nice folks who helped me with my Hamilton watch free of charge and showed me a few preowned Rolex watches while I waited. Very positive experience.
Niraj Rana: I went to them to get an Omega bracelet sized. Kyle helped me with it, and was super friendly throughout the interaction. We got to chat about my watch, about which he was really knowledgeable, as well as about some of the other watches they had, market trends, what we’d like to see from the brands in future, and so on. Just a relaxed and fun little conversation between two people about watches, with no overt salesmanship at all, which was refreshingly awesome!!! Oh, and he did also resize that bracelet somewhere along the way….

Shayla Dinwiddie: They are always so helpful. SANDRA in the men's cologne department is the best. She always help me when I come in. She know exactly what I would like to try and smell. I will only buy cologne if she is working.
Paul Paulding: Love shopping here. Nice, clean, pleasant shopping experience. Not always enough staff but the ones here are always pleasant and professional. The price of most items are fairly priced and I've always found quality items. Still my go to store when shopping in the mall. Sales associates always seem to remember me.

Yenisey Diaz: Nice collection of the most popular perfumes and trending shoes. It was nice to find at least a worker who speaks Spanish in each department. The store closes an hour earlier than the rest of the shopping stores, so I wouldn’t recommend parking at Dillard’s parking lot.
