A quick exchange through email we had a quote and a schedule. The upholstery came out amazing and I couldn’t be happier. All of the stitching and lines are clean and It looks brand new. Peggy Scott: You won't find a better person to do your upholstery work. I have a golf cart that was a mess and he put a new design on it and also matched the color of the decals I have on each side. Bottom line, FANTASTIC job and very reasonable. Does beautiful work on boat seats also.

John Hisghman: Roy at RL Upholstery is nothing short of a skilled craftsman. He met me after hours, as I had to travel from Pasco county. I showed him my worn out crappy seats, and he transformed them into amazing masterpieces. They look like they belong in my BMW.He made some excellent suggestion about fall lines of seats, and curiously enough, Grady White never seemed to notice. In the end, my newly covered Pompano Chair cushions are BETTER than new, they have had the ROYal treatment.You won't be disappointed with Roy. The only problem is he will not cut corners. Don't rush him. He has his pace, and that pace is PERFECTION.

He is very easy to work with and definitely puts the customers needs/wants before his own motives. Will be bringing additional cushions to him in the near future!! Tasha Daniels: Went for the first time ever and was amazed! I actually ended up buying a planter and few other items. First stop was the Swedish restaurant. I was met by Vanessa and she was very very pleasant. She was super welcoming, a sweetheart and very funny. She recommended the veggie meatballs and I also tried the chocolate cake… AMAZING! Jennifer Hunziker: The showroom is gorgeous! It’s very lovely to walk through. You get a nice feel for the pieces. The sales staff are friendly and attentive, but they do not hover which is nice because it allows you the comfort to sit and touch the textiles and take your time. Bathrooms are clean. The whole experience is very nice!
TJ Brownfield: spring that runs the length for support has given out. The cushions are also completely deflated.I have been trying to get RH to come out and look at the couch under warranty for nearly 6 weeks, as they said it was lifetime repair or replace. I have had to contact RH every couple of days to get any movement at all after initially waiting 3 weeks to hear from their “medic” which never happened.I finally got a company assigned to me but one which has now cancelled and rescheduled on me 3 times and today asked to schedule AGAIN for next week.AVOID RH!! They seem like they are worth it when you first get the item but the furniture does not last any longer than their competitors who are more reasonably priced. The extras you would expect from a premium brand are not there.
