Stephanie Key: This is the only lab I go to for blood work and have never had any issues with staff or service overall no complaints. I would advise you to keep your appointment and arrive before so that they can take you back they do get busy fast.
Paulo Vellano: All the low reviews are uncalled for. I went on a Saturday and it was crowded - so of course I knew it would take some time to do my exam. The team there is super welcoming and very, VERY efficient. Each patient/ exam was quick, but there were a lot of patients and a lot of them were walk-ins. They could use more people on Saturday, but I have nothing but praise to the team working there. Also, the facility was very clean with plenty of seats in the waiting area.

Michele McCutcheon: Madeline was simply outstanding yesterday! 🤩 They were so backed up & I had another doctor’s appointment I couldn’t miss that would have altered my blood tests from Quest. When I expressed my dilemma she cheerful helped me out & saw me at my appointed time & saved the day! Usually Quest has always been so prompt, efficient & timely. This is the first time they’ve been so back logged in all my years of have blood drawn here. The entire staff has always been nice but Madeline went above & beyond in customer service. Thank you! 🙏

Deniece Williams: , who called me in was serious about her job. She wasn’t overly friendly and she didn’t speak much which was fine with me. What was more important was that she knew what she was doing and did it well. I’ve had bad experiences before with “happy smily” techs at other facilities who couldn’t find a vein and then left me bruised and in pain. Breanna found my vein quickly and one jook was all it took. If I could choose her as my phlebotomist every time I need to have blood drawn, I would.
Xavier Christensen: Went here a few days ago, didn’t have a problem, had about 20 tests, took about 10 mins, got my results a few days later in the app, light years better than any experience I’ve had with Labcorp
Sheila Gobes-Ryan: Casey drew my blood this morning. I am a hard person to get blood from, needing to have it taken from my hand. Casey is an expert, no pain, no moving the needle; she just got it done.
Alanna Bell: Barbara and Casey were amazing! They helped get me through my blood work, and because of them I didn’t pass out! Really, really wonderful staff!
