T B: Poor service all around!The office was referred to me by my pediatrician. I had several options and went with them. I really wished I would have read the reviews and not wasted my precious time and money dealing with this unprofessional outdated facility.Our journey started in April 2023. My son was ill for the first appointment. We finally got in and the first appointment with Nurse Jasmine was not pleasant due to her rude attitude. Their blood pressure machine misread my son’s pressure causing us to take him to the ER where it was normal. This is the same day. That ER visit was $1,300. We were informed by the office that my child needed to have a Cardiologist evaluation before they would see my son and treat my son which we did.This costed about $500. He was cleared by the cardiologist and his blood pressure was fine. When we returned to the office for treatment their blood pressure machine gave the same elevated pressure. I voiced my concerns that their machine must be faulty. They refused to take his pressure by hand and when I asked why, no one knew how to take it manually. I asked to switch to Dr Carmín and she was very rude and showed no compassion. Her policy was if you miss 2 appointments you are dropped as a patient.I was told that the practice seems to have a volume of over 100s of patients daily by building insider. I was told that they are all family and if you are not satisfied with their services you’re simply telling a family member and nothing improves.They know families are desperate for help and they treat you like chattel. I cut ties with them in Separate 2023 when I took my child for a well visit to his pediatrician and his blood pressure was fine and on the next day I took him back to their office and they said his blood pressure was elevated. They continued to say that there was nothing wrong with their blood pressure machine.I would not recommend anyone to this practice!!They need a consultant to help them understand how to show kindness and compassion!

Linda Nuce: Dr. Cascione is the best when it comes to knowledge of MS and compassion for his patients. He takes the time to answer all of your questions at each visit. The plan of treatment is discussed and agreed upon between the two of you. As with MS, that plan needs some tweaking along the way and it is always a discussion and agreement between the two of you as to what approach to take. I have been seeing Dr. Cascione for about 15 years. There have been times over the years that I have needed some additional correspondence with him and he has always been there for me to help guide me thru it. He truly cares about his patients. He stays up to date on all research and new developments in MS. The office staff are a well organized, professional team. I would highly recommend Dr. Cascione if you have MS.
Karen: Dr. Cascione is all things "perfection". I have treated with 3 previous neurologist for multiple sclerosis. He is the first neurologist to explain in detail why treatments probably aren't working for me. His knowledge and ability to explain things is his super power. He's compassionate and never dismissive which I have experienced in the past. If you want excellent care, combined with compassion, Dr. Cascione is the doctor you have been hoping for.

Linda Roberts: I have been a patient with Dr Cascione for about 10 years. He is great! Very caring and you never feel rushed even when he is behind, which is often. That is because he takes time with each and everyone of his patients. I drive over an hour to get to my appointments. If you have MS, there is no other choice.
Katina Wright: Let me begin: Dr. Mark Cascione has been my MS specialist for over 6 years now and he has done a marvelous job with me as his patient. Back in 2014, when I first met him, I knew he was going to be an awesome MS specialist. He told me everything that I needed to do as well as explained my MRI that he received from Dr. Huntley who referred me to him.As I finished with my first office visit with him, he started me right away on Tysabri and it did help me for about two in a half years, but then I had to change to another chemo called, " Ocrevus" . I take this medication every 6 months and it has really helped my condition for the better.Mr. Cascione has been an awesome doctor and he cares about your well being as well as wanting the best for his patients. If there is something not working for you, he will get right on it and solve the problem. His medical assistant Annette was outstanding as well. She would go above and beyond to help you with any situation that you might have. She would definitely find a solution to your madness. However, she did leave last year and she is greatly missed without measures.But I would definitely recommend Dr. Mark Cascione to anyone that ask about needing a MS specialist. Katy Nichols: Today was my first visit with Dr. Cascione. I moved to Florida about a year ago and had previously been treated in Illinois by a wonderful Neuro Opthalmologist and many other doctors. I didn’t think I would be able to find a doctor here that would even come close to my Illinois Neuro Opthalmologist. I was wrong! Dr. Cascione made me feel VERY comfortable. He took great care and time during the exam, reviewing my history and answering all of my questions in an honest and direct way. He came to a diagnosis that has been suspected for years. I was not happy to hear the words “Multiple Sclerosis” spoken to me. Together, we discussed treatment options. Dr. Cascione included me in making the decision and plan for my care. I am very confident in the new treatment plan Dr. Cascione AND I are putting into place.I have seen 10 doctors in Florida, of varying specialties, in the year that I have been here. Dave Gaudio: I cannot recommend Dr. Cascione and his staff enough. Anette is the most attentive and responsive medical assistant I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my life. Dr. Cascione himself is hands down the best thing that has ever happened to my personal health and well being. I've got a joke it takes three people to do one person's job here in Florida when it comes to health care and typically it is the patient. I'm happy to say this is not the case here. Do expect to wait for a new patient visit though, it took me a month or so to get in.

Debi Peterson: Dr Sahoo was very kind to squeeze me in at the last moment from a referral. he was very aggressive in assessing the reason for the visit and determining the immediate tests required. the tests were performed but a diagnosis was not determined. i was told through an assistant to schedule appointments with a vascular surgeon and a foot and ankle surgeon. for some reason i feel abandoned. i dont know why to sched appts with them cuz i was never given a diagnosis from Dr Sahoo. i am getting progressively worse with my issues and really don't know what is wrong with me.....thank you Debi Peterson

Keri: I am so happy that I found Neurological Specialties! I had developed severe migraines and nothing was working. I was debilitated and having severe migraines weekly. I saw Dr. Henkel who immediately came up with a plan and after about two years I think, I can say that I get maybe one or two Migraines every three months and they're not as severe as they were. He is attentive, thorough, genuinely cares and shows that. I never feel rushed. The check-in system is so smooth and everyone is so kind. I have to recognize Christian for her dedication on making sure I get my medication. She is truly amazing! All of the staff is amazing. I have not had a single negative experience when I arrive and check in, I am taking back quickly and I am seen quickly by the doctor or a nurse practitioner. I have appointments every three months and I am in and out of the office including getting a treatment, and about 20 minutes maximum. The office is extremely clean and organized and the property is beautiful. If you're looking for a neurologist, I highly recommend Neurological Specialties!

John King: I went as a second opinion because use morsani ctr wouldn't help. This doctor found my implant failed, never worked he was my hero. Morsani center at USC put it in and never told me, dr Edwin Ramos. Older Dr maniscalco. It's been years since it happened but I plan on going to him again since a different surgeon has agreed and suggests a 3rd, possibly 4th surgery since the 2nd surgery might not have worked. My life is hell now. I'm disabled and I lay that at the feet of the Morsani Center at USF.

I had my issues resolved in 15 mins when it was taking a different neurologist 2 months just to get back to me. I appreciate him making his appointments succinct.

Donna Poegel: Dr. Robert Hauser has been treating my cervical dystonia since 2022. I had to wait a few months for my first visit, but it was worth the wait. My initial consult/exam was very thorough. They listened and I finally felt heard. The entire team, Tara, Lavette, Kelly and of course, Dr. Hauser, make my visits encouraging with their kindness and expertise. It is rare to find a doctor’s office with such care and respect. I feel very fortunate that I have been able to improve my quality of life with the help of this group.

The other doctors just said "you have PD" nothing we can do about it just take your meds and exercise. Ok that would've been fine if really was PD, but turns out to be something much worse! Every time I call the office one of the PA's either answers or calls back and are just so helpful & attentive. I recommend this group wholeheartedly! Thank you Dr. Hauser, Kelly & Jen.
Ann Gibson: I've been under Dr Hauser's care since January 2016 for Cervical Dystonia and Essential Tremor. He came recommended from a Neurologist I saw in Portland, OR before moving to Florida in 2015. I've seen other Neurologists closer to where I first lived in Naples, and now Lake Worth Florida. It's worth the 3 + hour drive to Tampa to see Dr Hauser every 12 weeks for Dysport injections. His entire staff is AMAZING, compassionate and they listen. I love Tara in the front office, she's helped with insurance hiccups and gone beyond expectations of being an advocate when I had major issues with insurance not covering a couple visits. Dr Hauser has listened extensively when it felt like the Dysport stopped working for the Dystonia, and we needed to change directions. Throughout my career, I've worked with a lot of Neurologists, and Dr Hauser is at the top of my list.
Rich Alexander: I see Dr Hauser regularly for Botox treatments due to blepharospasm. Dr Hauser is the fifth neurologist I have seen for this condition and the first one to manage my problem with total effectiveness. If I keep my appointment schedules, I have virtually zero problems between treatments. Dr Hauser is absolutely the best.
Valerie Carter: I have had a temor for several years and was told by two general neuro drs that it was nothing to worry about - basically an essential tremor. After seeing Dr. Hauser and Kelley - I understand that it is Parkinsons. This was terrifying to me since I know someone who passed away last year with PD. It was very hard to see him disappear from us little by little over a period of about a year. He got to where he couldn't eat or anything. When Dr. Hauser told me that I had it too, I panicked.....it was a hard thing to hear and a hard thing to grasp over the last 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I have processed the diagnosis and feel very confident in Dr. Hauser & Kelley's skills in this field. They are awesome. I did have to wait about 2 hours to see the doctor that day which was no fun, but honestly, with his expertise, I feel it was worth the wait. Doctors with his skills are not easy to come by.....sometimes the investment of my time is just something I have to deal with. I will continue to see him as I am on this PD journey. The staff there is wonderful....the only downside is the wait but that can't be avoided. He is very active in not only treating his patients but more importantly seeking a cure for this disease. That is a good excuse to keep me waiting. I am praying they find a cure in my lifetime.
James Planty: I have had Parkinson's 8 yrs. now and have been going here since this Office opened; these people are like my neighbors, I find them to be kind, tolerant and encouraging. I do not think I have ever waited more than 25 or 30 min at most and that would have been rare. I have been a patient of Doctor Hauser's since the spring of 2010. I am confident in him as well as Kelly Hussy whom I have been working with since this new center opened. I am sorry to hear of anyone having to wait a long time, especially someone with Parkinson's or Alzheimer's that could be very uncomfortable. I empathize with anyone having had gone through that at other places, it can be very stressful. Thank you.

Michelle Ko: My son has been seeing Dr Jacinto since he was 1.5 and soon he will be turning 20. Unfortunately, Dr J will no longer be able to follow my son due to this. I came on here to rave that Dr J was the ONLY doctor to listen to my concerns and was able to diagnosis my son with a rare genetic disorder. Dr J has also taken care of plenty of my friends kids and they all speak highly about him. If you go to another pediatric nuerologist, I can guarantee you will not even come close to a doctor that deeply cares for his patients. Also, the staff is AMAZING! He is absolutely brilliant and kept my little girls seizures under control for over 14 years, ultimately resulting in Katelyn being seizure free and off of all of her seizure meds by the time she was 15 years old! I have always had joint pain and was in a terrible accident which increased my joint pain in my neck and back to where it is completely unbearable at times. He respects my boundaries with pain medications and other medications as I am a young mother of 3, who is against surgery at this time. He has made it so my pain is tolerable and manageable without putting me on the highest doses of pain meds. He does not stop until he finds the correct diagnosis. His staff deals with very rude patients as I have witnessed on a daily basis and even through that they are always still kind and do their best to do what they can within their limits. I am at the least one of the difficult patients. He is always on top of things and at the ready to try something new if the current treatment isn't improving my overall health. His wealth of knowledge on RA alone is astounding. If your looking for a Dr. That listens and treats you like your the only patient he has at the time, he's definitely the Dr. For you.
