No fault of anyone, I feel it could be planned better.• 2nd challenge was language barrier, installer doesn't know English, so was hard to discuss anything with him. But he had an App on phone to translate, so we managed. But it will be nice to may be have daily 5-10min conf with Eyelene + Customer + Installer, and doubts can be removed.• We didn't know grout will be done on last day, which means the floor where tiles we done, we still couldn't put furniture back because grout won't be done. Nothing wrong with doing grout on last day, its just that communication gap, I wish I knew before, so I could plan.My only negative is that, for most part only one installer came, he had to bring tiles indoor from garage, make thinset, cut, lay tiles, level. As a result install speed was way too slow. There were days when a helper came as well, and those daysprogress was much faster. Taking away one star in review only because of this issue.Overall, we are happy with our decision to select Blanco Stone to do our floors. And will be happy to re-hire him for future remodels and will recommend to friends as well.We wish Blanco Stone success in future.

Blanco did a good job of keeping the dirt to a minimum and covered and wrapped cabinets and fixtures. I would rate their workmanship as superior and I am picky. The workers were extremely nice and helpful to our needs and concerns. They work as a crew. Having owned my own business, it was a plus to have the owner on the job actually doing some of the work. He is hands-on and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend them.
