We are not a disposable family , we repair things in the house and daily items to get the most out of them . The appliance center does a great job helping us do this! Great local business. Fair prices too.Updated 12/15/2023:I used Appliance Centers again to get a Used Dishwasher, delivered , and Installed . As usual everything worked out great. On a follow-up trip to their store where I was picking something up , the staff carried out to my car as I drove up. I am a disabled veteran, with an amputation and other physical limitations. The staff at the Appliance Center were amazing and made my day.I would recommend this shop to land lords or property owners that need good appliances at great prices and super fast turnaround. But want to save some money and not get new . I have never had an issue with anything I have bought and I save a ton of money . I have bought Dishwashers, dryers, washers, ranges , range parts .

Frances Serdjuk: I have to share our extraordinary experience buying our new appliances at The Appliance Plug. From the moment we stepped into their showroom and we were greeted with a friendly reception, we knew we were in for a new type of experience shopping for appliances. We walked around their enormous showroom and were amazed at the selection of appliances. Chad was our advisor and his knowledge of the appliances was impressive. There was no "hard" sale. Instead, we were provided with "concierge service." We took our time and decided on the appliances that best suit our needs. The prices at The Appliance Plug are great. We were given a delivery date for delivery and installation. Chad kept us informed about our delivery via message. The installers were proficient, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. Also, they are employees of The Appliance Plug and not 3rd party installers. We had our new Microwave, Stove and Dishwasher perfectly installed. We were even given an overview of how to operate our appliances. We could not have asked for a smoother delivery and installation process. I regret not buying our new refrigerator from The Appliance Plug. Their mission statement is that the customer service comes first. Their staff are available to answer any questions. They are there at the sale and they are there for the customer after installation. If you are looking to replace or buy new appliances, go to The Appliance Plug in Tampa and talk to their representatives. You will be impressed with The Appliance Plug.

Joe Fedison: I am BIG on customer service, so when a company goes out of their way to fix something I want people to know. It means you can probably rely on them in the future. We just bought a stackable washer and dryer and it was delivered yesterday. Somewhere along the ride the on and off switch came off and couldn't be found. We accepted the 2 units and asked them to replace the knob. Just one day later a gentlemen drove over just to give the knob and make sure it worked. It may sound small to you, but I appreciate it when companies stand behind their products and their word.
Quynh Tran: I had a good experience here personally. It does look a little sketchy on the outside, but I didn't have a big problem with it. We bought a set of old washer and dryer and the whole experience was nice and easy. They even gave us a little discount. They delivered the machines and set everything up for us. We did have a little problem with the dryer a week later and they came to fix it right away. Very happy with the customer service.

He brought it that same afternoon in the pouring rain and installed it and all the shelves, made sure it was running. A happy smiling man. We were able to salvage about 50% of the food in the LG thanks to Mr. Gambino. Store is clean & well organized. He stands behind his warranties. Great family business.
