Reptile Geekz: I would highly recommend Tampa Therapy. I specifically see Dr. Laun and am so glad I had the courage to make that first appointment. After a week of research I found their information online and read through their site. They have several qualified providers and I encourage you to check out their website and meet the team.I have PTSD, depression and anxiety and all three were making their self known this year. This isn’t my first time going to therapy however, it is the only time I’ve ever stuck with it and stayed consistent. I wouldn’t have come this far if it wasn’t for Dr. Laun. I’ve never felt comfortable when speaking with a Psychologist about my issues. I’ve always felt it makes me weak or puts my failures on broadcast. I never felt secure and safe enough to really be honest, and transparent about what was happening for me. Dr Laun changed my views on opening up but even more so she is changing my views on myself. She is calm and gentle in her approach and meets me exactly where I’m at mentally. Plans are in place and I know my treatment route. I always leave knowing I don’t have to take this alone and I am confident in her abilities as a provider to guide me through this next season of my life.

The website was very helpful in providing me with the info I needed to make that decision and the process of getting my first appointment was a breeze. Dr. Negron has provided me with the help I had been looking for for so long. And the option for telehealth has allowed for the weekly sessions to happen, and I believe this frequency that I was initially hesitant on has resulted in a vast improvement in my physical and mental health in such a short amount of time.
