Nicholas Harless: Rebuilding a motorcycle I've had for years but lost the original keys years ago. Instead of spending $200+ on an original key, I called at least more than 10 other locksmiths who were closer to me, but couldn't help because they don't do motorcycle keys. Called these guys and they had it done in less than 24 hours for a fraction of the price. Great service & communication. Will only deal with these folks moving forward

Jason Alonso: had to drive back and get one. This took over 11/2 hours. But other than that, overall happy.
Dan Sweeney: Jacob replaced 5 door knobs with locks and deadbolts. He did a great job and made sure everything was working properly.
Dennis Parks: I had an issue with the main lock leading into an association. Affordable was onsite the same day, found the problem and repaired the lock. Great company to deal with for fast results

I was in desperate need of having doors re-keyed among other items and Mathias devised a solution that was not only cost-effective but one that made the most logical sense, after walking the property with me. The turnaround time for this project was extremely impressive and he arrived on site, fully prepared, especially for the curve ball I threw at him by forgetting a door in the original walk-through. The job was completed faster than I had anticipated and certainly exceeded all expectations. I appreciate everyone at Affordable Lock that was involved in this process and Mathias for truly going above and beyond!

The visit cost more than expected. More training needed! Brandon was apologetic and clear how pricing was determined. He was able to offer a discount, which helped. The Manager followed up by phone to clarify and determine what happened. Excellent company with some growing pains, which I'm sure will be straightened up quickly as they expand. Definitely will use their service again.

D&M arrived in less than 30 minutes and managed to get the door open using the Home Depot key. They told me they could even cut a new key with the codes from the master key. They are awesome! Frank McMahon: About a month ago my moms microwave went bad, so i came over to the Northgate Home depot. I had already looked online and had the one i wanted pick out. a very nice young lady named Gabby helped me out. She had to pull out the roll around stairs to get my microwave from the top shelf. She did this all alone with no help from any other Depot staff member, i offered to help her but she said i cant use the stairs. This young lady has heart and was so polite with me, She really is a credit to Home Depot. Thank you Gabby for all your help, you are the best.
