Sam Bass: I been to many gyms etc but in VKNG I have experienced something new: an extraordinary exercise from a singularly unexpected source indoor-rowing. To say that both the exercise and the instructor have challenged my preconceptions about indoor-rowing is an extraordinary experience. They have rocked me to my core. Anyone should try VKNG ROW, is a must go place here in Tampa and a worth while exercise, that will want you going for more! 😄

Tina Rumore: I have been going to VKNG row since it opened. I never thought I would enjoy rowing, but it has been so much fun and a great workout. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make sure you are using the right technique to prevent injuries. The classes are small and intimate, so you get to know the folks you work out with weekly, and it feels like family. I highly recommend VKNG for anyone looking for a new, fun workout!
Patrick Strickland: I've been attending classes since July 2019. The workouts have been phenomenal. I've learned new exercises for my own workouts and had my limits pushed. I have the 4 classes monthly plan and it is well worth the money.

Bradford and his team are professional, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make sure YOU are getting the most out of your workout and are always happy to demo, modify, and correct whenever needed. Jason Philson: VKNG was amazing and and hands down exceptional fitness experience. Being a former athlete this was the perfect class to get back into doing cardio. The instructor Brad explained to me all the exercises and made me feel confident in my abilities. This was the perfect plans to fit into my hectic schedule as I was able to schedule and attend before work. I’ve attempted numerous programs and would highly recommend to any person. Five stars across the board. I look forward to my next class!

Hilary Cohen: This is year #6! With Baybreeze Paddle Adventures- having a kayaker with me for an 8 mile swim. Each year I get a confident kayaker for my safety and each year I get an epic adventure in.the Tampa Bay. Easy to book, and get in a practice swim day before. Good communication. Accommodating staff and are all patient, respectful.

Jason Knapik: I've rented stand up paddleboards from Bay Breeze a few times now and it's always been a fun experience. Great place to see dolphins, manatees, stingrays and occasional turtles. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Carl Adam Ekblad: Davis Island is one of the best Yacht Clubs! The people are amazing, and very active. I enjoy the consistent regatta schedule, there’s always a race to take your boat out for! For boats, it is easy to get in and out of the basin and there’s plenty of depth! No channel! Even with a 7 foot keel!

Patrick Kelly: Our buddy is a member here at Carrolwood Country Club and went out on this somewhat raining and windy day. The course was in great condition. We stepped at the restaurant, which was excellent, and then played a round in less than 3.5 hours and missed the rain completely. Great location, amazing people, AND good golf. 👍Played another round here and this time with Bo Jackson!!! Enjoyed the course and time.

Lauren D: I took a free class at Row House in February and loved it - after class I signed up for the 8 class per month membership. After my first month, I upgraded to the unlimited membership because I was enjoying classes so much. Rowing has helped me get back into a workout routine. The coaches are welcoming and motivational. I also love how inclusive the classes are - there are people of all ages and experience working out together. I like how the studio lights are dim and music is fun and different each class. I highly recommend Row House.

TT: UPDATING MY REVIEW 09/14/2023: This issue was resolved to my satisfaction! I can't wait for my next workout! The app is awesome too. Great work out, but when I got there no one was at the front desk. I wasn't greeted and was marked as a no show but attended the entire class. No one asked if I was new to the class or if I had checked in. Not a good first impression.

Wei weits: My husband and I have been regularly attending Trista's practicas, she's a fabulous Tango event host and organizer. The music and the dancing are wonderful, and so are the snacks. It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere, people are comfortable to give and receive advices, and Trista's help is always readily available. We left feel happy and fulfilled every time.

She focuses on body techniques, helping people to approach tango more easily rather than being intimidated. Also as a great DJ who has been invited and played at many different festivals Ana marathons, Trista always incorporates musicality in her class which is one of the important pieces of tango.If anyone wants to start tango and actually dance socially out side of their dance class, I would recommend Tampa Tango Exchange and Trista in a heartbeat!
