This was my first time receiving any reiki treatment, and it was wonderful. One of the things I realized on my way home was the beauty in people’s faces. Another was my control over my emotions, I was less reactive to negative activity occurring around me. This is just my subjective experience and I don’t want to paint a picture for everyone. My point however is that if you are looking for some kind of inner work to your self I suggest stopping by this place. The man has a very calm demeanor and doesn’t appear to ride the “new age spiritual movement” that most energy workers do. It felt real, knowledgeable, and taken very seriously. I appreciate the service and if it is anything like past inner works I’ve done, the healing and reflective effects continue to grow days months and maybe even years after treatment. It has been a while since I walked into those doors into the full immersion of peace and tranquility, and it was just as lovely and welcoming as I remembered it. I had a classic facial with Edyta & the experience and care that imminates through her hands during the entire treatment, will send you into a healing state of mind and leave you glowing and refreshed with the amazing and effective Arcona products that are used. She is the best in the business and I refuse to get a facial from anyone else. I followed up that facial with a 90 minute zen fusion massage with Christine, her intuitive technique and perfect pressure really changed my entire body and spirit, I felt renewed even more than I thought I could be. The white ambrosia tea, the infrared sauna, the comfy robes, intoxicating aromas and warm dim lighting, and over all vibe and comfort of this space is something so special, and I recommend it to everyone I know. What a blessing it is to feel like you’re a world away from the hustle and bustle right in the heart of Tampa. Donna Mcd: My first time here. My son booked this for me. I had the Back to Balance Swedish Massage. It was a great experience. I upgraded to have the CBD added and it really took away my pains. The dry sauna should not be missed so go early and do it before your massage. The Tea lounge is relaxing so have some tea while you wait. I will most certainly return.

Kelly Guzman: Had a wonderful no stress massage package with an hour body massage, hot oil scalp massage and foot massage. Laura was a very good massage therapist. Before the massage there is a tea room where you can sit and relax, the hammock type chairs were very comfortable. After the massages I finished with the sauna. There’s a one person sauna room. It was a very pleasant experience, personal, small space. Only a few clients could comfortably be here at a time. The changing room and bathroom are pretty small. The robes are somewhat weighted and comfortable however for anyone bigger than an 18/20 size, the space and robes may not be very comfortable or functional. Overall I would return and have Laura again.

davisvc: I had the great experience of the lymphatic drainage massage with a secondary massage focus on mobility of my shoulders, which have been surgically, repaired outside of the amazing relief I had from my shoulders and flexibility. Overall, my body felt so much more relief. My sleep was straight through. I didn’t really wake up in the middle of the night at all. What an amazing process and technique will definitely do it again and recommended it to all of those who work for a living it’s always good to take care of yourself. .

As to Yoga owner and teacher Annette Scott, she is the best there is at what she does. If your yoga is strictly Vanilla, her class may not be for you because she is rocky-road, mint chip and rainbow sherbet all rolled up into one. She uses language, and relays stories that could make you laugh or cry or even be offended. She means NO Harm and her ways are part of the process of her style of expanding growth, love, and community. If its not for you, no harm, but so far as THE YOGA, goes it does not get better.

Ami Sokol: I’ve been going to Kodwari for about a year It’s my favorite yoga studio ❤️🙏⭐️. Before that I was at a different studio for 10 years and went through YTT 200 training. My sister found Kodwari and loves it there so I decided to give it a try. Hot power was hard for me at first but now I love it it provides discipline and muscle release in a way that regular yoga does not. There are lots of yoga options…. Mindful flow, restorative, and breathwork are some that I’ve enjoyed. Annette, the owner is the real deal. She provides community continues to challenge, teach and entertain me. She also shares the skill/gift of Reiki healing by holding space for every single person in class. I always love her music selection to really get into an elevated state. Truly an out of body experience!Agathe also creates and hosts unique “secret” events that are fun 2hr journeys into the depths of our inner world to explore and learn more about ourselves and how we interact/perceive the external world. Tyler Deerey: Kodawari is amazing. As someone who lives in 2 areas it’s a place I wish was in both locations. I can personally only speak on breathwork but it truly brings joy to my heart when I do it. Who knew getting better at something we will do for the rest of our lives can be so rewarding. It’s so often I fall into habituation or I’m focused on external things and distractions to feel a certain way. Breathwork brings me back to living life. Agathe is a such a good instructor, she’s this loving bundle of joy and wisdom and the best I’ve had to hold space and lead us through the breathwork journey. I’ve tried breathwork with other instructors and they’re not quite the same… anyway everyone at kodawari is warm and welcoming I would recommend trying some classes out if you don’t like it, that’s probably because you’re a victim to circumstance and choose to side with excuses and resist change.

She is the sweetest human being and a powerhouse at holding space for others. Since doing her breath work class consistently I feel deeper, love stronger and manifest faster. 11/10 recommend!
