Kathryn Morris: Our experience with Riviera Pools was great overall. When we had an issue, they were quick to fix it. Once permits were in place, the build out was very quick and smooth from beginning to end; with one little glitch at the end that was beyond their control. The ladies in the front were helpful and Tom, our sales manager, was communicative and thorough from the beginning. He did not try to upsell us or give us any false pretense of what could or could not be done. Nathan Bond: Great location with 50 meter lanes for those long swims that you crave. The lifeguards are and staff are always so friendly and help out whenever we need help. Swim lessons are also great if you have little ones. Have never had a hard time getting a lane here either which is very helpful.

James Sobers: We closed on our home the day before thanksgiving 2023 and moved in. Immediately knew we were going to need a pool and the works so the hunt began. After consulting with a number of companies we found Hive Outdoor Living. Todd Walden was our designer and sales specialist and he really looked out for us and listened to our desires. The entire process has been seamless, design beautiful, and product quality is exceptional. The virtual presentation was a great help to visualize what we were going with and how the final project would look. There has been constant communication and updates from Todd and the construction crew. If you can dream it, Todd at Hive Outdoor Living can design it and make it a reality!

Ben , the designer helped us create our vision. Teddy, the project manager exemplifies the true meaning of customer service. Teddy and Ben are extremely responsive to my texts no matter how many I've sent and at all hours- within reason of course. Robina Mccormick: Overall it's a nice hotel- location is convenient to downtown Tampa and the trolley station.Eva was very helpful, showing us how to unlatch the room door which kept sticking.Valentino was a great bartender and Daniel was an attentive valet member.The pool is quaint without a hot tub, the pool bar is open occasionally.Be aware of the daily "destination fee" along with the daily parking fees that will be added at the end.
Mary Love: The front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous.. They have free bike rentals and a nice location for the bike rides. The pool area was nice as well.Nearby activities: We enjoyed going to different areas using the free bike rentals. They had some water activities in the area. They have a water taxi, but we didn't get the opportunity to use it.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet was really good. We used to bikes to go to different restaurants in the area.

ILuvGood VIBES: . The room does not have a microwave, just a fridge and there is no convenience area within for items like snacks,toothbrush, feminine products etc.
Robert Koehler: My wife and I spent a night at Le Meridien for our anniversary. We stay at hotels fairly often, and Le Meridien is definitely a step above other hotels. Seamless, quick checkin/checkout. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We booked a deluxe corner king room, which was beautifully furnished and very clean. It was fun walking around and seeing the old courtroom and judicial chambers. We had dinner and breakfast at Sal Rosa and both were excellent. Although to be honest I’d recommend skipping the “gelato” which really just looked and tasted like ice cream. One of the highlights of our stay was the gorgeous heated pool, which we had all to ourselves. My one complaint is that there were no bathrobes, even though the website said the room came with them. Overall, an amazing hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something unique.

Stephen Lafferty: We held a very important event at the hotel and I can't praise them enough. I grew up as the child of a hotel manager, literally living in 4 & 5 star hotels and resorts, so, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Heather and the events staff were outstanding and I give the chef an A+. The braised short ribs fell apart with a fork, potatoes and asparagus were perfect and I don't know how to describe the desert other than a culinary piece of art with a cheesecake inside a chocolate shell. The spaces are truly unique, being converted from the old federal courthouse.

TheBebop29: The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is a treat for the luxury lover! The Casita suites are perfect combination of privacy and luxury, complete with room service, bellman service, mood lighting, robes, slippers, and motion lights under the bed for the late night bathroom breaks! The valets are so kind and Sherrill at the front desk was so patient and helpful to me, providing champagne tokens and maps to guide me around the property. The Casita suites come with dinnerware and you can control the tv with your cell phone. There was a convenient 1/2 bath downstairs and a dining area separate from the living space. There's a spacious closet upstairs and downstairs with extra bedding for guests to use the sofa bed if needed. The barn door entrance to the master bathroom I loved, with huge LED mirror and walk in shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner ready to use. There's toiletries ready, from mouthwash to shower caps to q tips and of course a hair dryer. Slippers accompany the robes and are available to buy if you like. There's even an automatic ice maker just add water! With 2 pools, restaurants, tennis and basketball courts all on the property There's no reason to leave, and lots of gorgeous photo ops for influencers alike!
Jeff Hammonds: Simply a BEAUTIFUL hotel! Been here twice in 2024 so far and every stay was fantastic. All the remodeling is done…the bar, restaurant and pool area is simply outstanding. If you truly want a nice weekend getaway to relax and unwind the Grand Hyatt in Tampa Bay is the place to go! The view from the 14th floor ballroom/balcony overlooking the Bay at sunrise and sunset is just stunning!Noteworthy details: Everything about this hotel is amazing!

Melanie Burnett: These days it seems like companies only offer the bare minimum, but my experience at the Hilton Tampa Downtown was the opposite. I can't speak higher of the delightful experience I had there, and the exemplary customer service provided by the team members. I'm normally pretty low maintenance, but seemed to need a little extra help on my last trip, and the staff was always ready and willing to step up when I needed it. Whether it was when I called prior to arrival to ask questions about my stay, providing me with a sewing kit when I realized I forgot to hem one side of my pants, allowing me a few extra minutes to check out, or alerting me when I forgot my charger in my room and making sure I got it back - the staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience at their hotel. And they did it all with a pleasant attitude and a smile. The friendliness was similar in all areas of the hotel I came into contact with: valet, the cafe, the reception area, security, and housekeeping. This was my first stay at the Hilton Tampa Downtown, but it won't be my last!
LJ With no K: A beautiful hotel with a very gracious staff. Their is a Starbucks on premises but it is a full fledged store with normal hours and a full menu.Hilton has some of the most comfortable beds, so much so that I bought a pillow for my own bed.This location can be very noisy on Friday and Saturday night due to inconsiderate people on motorcycles and semi exotic cars.
The Family: Update: went downstairs for breakfast and they dont have table service on the weekends. Very frustrating to have to walk 3 blocks to breakfast after it was prepaid but nothing explained it was open buffet only. The selection was not impressive for the price.Easy access downtown, parking was a little expensive but understandable. Staff was friendly but actually gave keys to our room when not in the reservation. Luckily, we knew them, but that's a little scary when you enter a room and find bags. The pool area was nice. It could have been a little cleaner, but it's weird that there are rooms behind mirrored glass looking into the pool deck. Rooms were clean but had obvious signs of being worn. Hilton has declined in this area over the years.
Steph: This is a beautiful Hilton in a prime location. However, I have NEVER been so disappointed by a valet any where ever. The hotel was completely booked due to the concert and a wedding so you waited 45+ minutes for your car. For what you pay here I expect 4star service. They also couldn't find my reservation and made me show them my confirmation # & gave me a slight panic attack as the hotel was sold out and I had made these reservations long ago. Beautiful hotel, service could be stepped up for Hilton standards.

However, I have a suggestion regarding the service: it would be helpful if they were more explicit in providing information related to consumption within the hotel. Michele Mistretta: As a year long member, it is hard to believe any of the negative reviews about this gym.I almost quit my first month because there aren't as many machines as I am used to from my previous gym experiences and I don't like standing around and waiting for my turn.But on a whim I decided to try some classes and I quickly became a regular!The classes are excellent and I get so much more out of going to the gym now than I did before when I just used the machines with my headphones on.The employees and members are so friendly and encouraging and when you regularly take the classes, you make friends and get great results!
