Joanne Philpott: Busy place but always find something here. The shoe section is great, lots to choose from as is their clothing upstairs. Makeup area is a hit or miss with the staff, sometimes they are nice other times they are unhelpful and not friendly.

Ashley Miller: Erica was my stylist and she was AMAZING! She listened to everything I was looking for and was extremely patient as I worked through all of the dress options. She even used her intuition to pull some wedding dresses that would not have been my first pick and they were just what I was looking for. In the end, she helped me pick my dream dress and get the price down. I couldn’t recommend Truly Forever Bridal and Erica enough!

Lisa De Souza: This was my second time trying on wedding gowns. As soon as I opened the door, there was a TON of gowns!!!! I was met by Erica, who turned out to be my consultant. Once paperwork was signed and we settled in the room. Erica inquired about me and my preferred styles and what my venue looked like. I showed her pictures of my venue and told her I really wanted a romantic dress and I loved the ball gown look. Erica and I picked some dresses. Well mostly her, because it was difficult for me to envision the dress when it was in the bags. The first dress I tried on was the winner, but I tried a few more for fun. I knew the first dress she put me in was the winner but I wanted to give the others a chance.I put the winning dress back on, and Erica dazzled me up and I loved the dress even more!!!! Erica really listened to what my preferences were let me lead the appointment. She was extremely professional and but very charming! She picked my dream dress and I am so grateful for her! The entire process was so easy and seamless! I am so thankful to have had an amazing experience!!! Thank you Erica!!!

Raelynn Appie: About a month ago I stopped in to check the place out and see about making an appointment and Erica was the first person to talk to my fiancée and I and she was SO sweet we had such good vibes from her I asked if she could be my stylist. She took the time to find out what I wanted and didn’t want, and I had never tried dresses on until my appointment today so she was very thorough. When the appointment came around I was so nervous because I know going into a dress appointment not knowing what I want could potentially be difficult, but she got a feel of what I might want and started pulling dresses for me. She made my fiancee, best friend, mom and I feel so welcomed! My fiancee and I are both girls and that was never a problem, she treated us the same way she would treat any other person and that meant a lot as well. I was so nervous because I have sensory issues and sensitive skin and some dresses were rubbing my skin the wrong way and I really didn’t know what I wanted, like at all but she was so reassuring and we found my dress 4 dresses in! Somehow even though I didn’t know what I wanted at all I left with exactly what I wanted at the same time. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will DEFINITELY be referring them to go to Erica. The vibes were just so amazing and we drove almost 2 hours and it was totally worth it. Thank you for everything Truly forever bridal, but mostly thank you Erica!!

The price of most items are fairly priced and I've always found quality items. Still my go to store when shopping in the mall. Sales associates always seem to remember me.

Meredith Gilliam: Melinda in alterations is exceptional!! My vision for my dress required me to go back to the shop multiple times to work out the details of the customizations, but Melinda helped me every time to figure out exactly what we needed to do to get it just right! I was so embarrassed that I kept asking for little tweaks every appointment, but she was super friendly and professional and never made me feel like a bridezilla. And in the end she got the dress looking exactly how I envisioned!
Mischelle Schrider-Jara: I felt like I was on that show where you say "yes" to the dress. Kiecia is the one to see. I saw her in Aug/Sept of 2023 for a free appointment. I say that because I had to pay $50 to try on dresses in another shop, where I found nothing I liked. I found a dress and told her I would be back when I was ready to buy it. My wedding was a year away. I went back in late winter and bought the dress and made sure Kiecia was going to be there. I just went back and picked up my dress for my Sept 1st wedding. Kiecia was there to make sure my final "test drive" in the dress was perfect. Honestly, I am not a young bride, as a matter of fact, a second time around bride, and Kiecia was perfect for me. Kiecia knows her business, she knows sizing and no matter how I tried to convince her otherwise, she was always right in the best of ways. Thank you David's Bridal and thank you, Kiecia Garcia! You are 5 stars in my book.

She did a little research by asking me prior to my appointment what I was looking for. During the appointment she helped direct me by knowing what to ask me/pick up on my body language. I was able to find the PERFECT dress during this appointment!! They were so sweet and let me make another appointment so I could bring me mom, sister, and FMIL to say “yes” to the dress. I highly recommend CCs! They have such an amazing selection and such beautiful ladies working there, that are happy to help you in any way!

Lexi Garner: I had such an amazing experience at CC’s when picking my dress. I had gone to a different bridal shop two days prior to my appointment at CC’s and the difference was like night and day. The quality of the gowns, service and knowledge far surpassed that of the other shop. They made me feel more involved in the dress picking process and I never felt any pressure in saying I didn’t like something about a dress. At the end of the day I found the perfect dress for me and I am beyond excited to wear it on my wedding day. I am also the third girl in my family to find their wedding dress at CC’s. Scott Shafer: I needed a wardrobe upgrade. I’m low-to-mid-40s, not large but not slim fit as most stores carry surplus of. I’m also one of those guys that pieces a bunch of random stuff together and never feels great on what I have cobbled together. Had success with bonobos for a suit for special occasions in the past so wanted to see what they had in store for business attire that could also translate to personal use as well.Walked into the store in Tampa on Snow Avenue and was greeted and helped by Ricky Henriquez and Steven Robinson. These guys put together one of THE BEST shopping experiences I’ve had and especially with clothes where I generally walk away feeling worse. These guys knocked it out of the park and I now have an actual wardrobe of mix and match pants, shirts and sportcoats that fit me perfectly, make me feel comfortable, and have the right structure to look great on my frame.Ricky and Steve, that was a blast. You all provided a great experience, we had fun, laughed a lot and you joined in on my self deprecating humor very respectfully. If I’m going anywhere to buy more, which I plan to, I’ll be going in on a day these two guys are working.If you are in my same predicament - do yourself a favor and go to Bonobos - you won’t be disappointed.

Unprompted, Lina reached out to me to make it right and offered to set up a personalized appointment at the Hyde park location. I am beyond impressed by the product quality and the customer service.

Brooks Brothers was no longer a good fit. Matt and team were outstanding in exceeding my needs and expectations. They now have a loyal bonobos customer.

SB SB: Good quality clothes and very comfortable. Reasonably priced. Large selection online with specific sizes. Parking can be challenging at this location.

Morgan Bath: We happened upon this shop while visiting from Kentucky, what a wonderful experience! The clothes are so adorable and very reasonable priced!! I wish we had this store back home! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!
Elizabeth Khoury: Small thrift store tucked away in the Tampa Heights neighborhood. Very clean, well organized store with a good selection and variety of clothes and solid selection of jewelry. There are two dressing rooms. What makes this place unique is that they offer a “subscription” of some sorts where you can essentially swap out clothes there whenever you want. I’m not sure of the details but I have considered doing it if I see enough clothing I would wear.
june boyer: The ladies were very helpful the only thing I didn't like was that they were VERY CHEAP giving you dollars for your items, then turn around and seel/rent them for much more. I brought a lot of NEW CLOTHES. Things that still had the store price tag on them and got barely anything for them. I didn't like that at all.
