Mary Stuart: I just really want to say thank you to the person responsible for moving the Location of the "new greyhound" In Tampa Florida. I missed a lot of buses and was not refunded because they would say it was my fault I missed the bus. I stopped riding greyhound after the third time and take Uber now which cost twice as much. I will begin taking greyhound again. Now I feel safer and the stop is in a easy to see easy to access place. I am extremely pleased with change. Thank you so much.

Happens all the time."Subsequent calls get nothing positive, no INTEREST, & no reaction or caring. May never see them again... & no one cares...But then, but then, upon our return, they'd FOUND them in Miami, and we got them back. The 'disinterested' person on phone, was replaced by caring & helpful person? OMG! Almost like ? Anyway, we retrieved them. They really should replace her, but service ended up good!

Elena Williams: I was going on a cruise out of Miami and needed to get there from Tampa. I didn't want to bother with flying and I certainly didn't want to drive. I came across this coach line and it didn't disappoint. Each stop from Tampa to Miami airport was only 5-10 minutes, so it didn't add a huge amount of extra time. I would definitely use this service again.

Alistair Bygrave: It's free and efficient. How could this not be 5*? Takes you from downtown tampa past cruise port and to Ybor City. Excellent service.
Lorin Prange: Pro- On time and very convenient. Con-Some of the drivers could be more engaging and personable. Not all speak super clearly over the loudspeaker system.Makes 11 stops between ybor and downtown Tampa locations. Make sure you get on the one going the correct direction that you need to go. Our favorite stops were Sparkman's Wharf in Tampa and Ybor.

A great way to experience the Columbia restaurant, the Amalie arena, the Aquarium, and everything in between. And some fun and friendly interaction with other passengers just adds flavor to the ride. Did I mention it is fare free..?..

It is clear that they take great care to take care of the spaces, there are even several decorations that give it a more welcoming appearance.The view during the approach is great, a very attractive panorama with the airport surrounded by blue waters, a mandatory moment for a photo.Flight management is good, my flight was not delayed.
