I live in South Tampa so this location was not convenient for me. However, I took a chance based on prior reviews and am so glad that I did. John did a great job with recovering my car seats. He is very customer service oriented and even did the job on a Saturday so that I would not have to lose my car during the week. The price was fair and quality was exceptional. Joseph Morra: This place will not settle for just so-so. If they don't like what it looks like, they will do the impossible and make it right. The first seat that the provided sent had the wrong stich. So I had to go back once the correct seat cover came in. And it had a strip on the back that had a different color so the head technician removed my original back and sewed it into the order that was sent. WOW. This made for the perfect seat cover replacement. Highly recommend.
Deborah Goss: My beloved Mini convertible suffered from a delaminated rear window. The greedy dealership told me the only way to fix it was to replace the perfectly good top to the tune of $5600. I found another place that would replace the top for $2600. But then I found BJ's. They did a beautiful custom repair for$1250 and it is perfect. I highly recommend them and any service they provide. They have been in business for 40 years and it shows.

Eric: It's all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I gave them my motorcycle seat to redesign it with leather I bought to them. When I got it back and put it on my bike it wasn't what I was hoping. I bought it back explain what I was looking for, they LISTEN and said it will be ready in a week. Well they called me in a week I went to pick it up, put it on my bike and it was PERFECT. With the owner also coming from L.I., NY they know what service and customer satisfaction is...since NY'ers can be tough😉. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Also I got some nice compliments from other bikers and past on their names. JOB WELL DONE AND THANK YOU.....

Service was quick and professional—got it done same day in about 3 hours.One point of feedback I would give: using an air compressor to clean the car from all the headboard foam debris is not terribly effective and stirs up dirt from the floor onto other car surfaces. A vacuum would work much better, in my opinion. All the same, very pleased!

Randy Dyer: I am so impressed with the new leather I recently purchased through Katzkin. The leather feels like butter! I have owned Mercedes’ Jaguars and BMWs most of my adult life and Katzkin leather is better quality than ALL of them. The customer service is amazing!! They worked with me for almost a year while so decided on the style etc to renovate my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Then there was a small error in the leather which they rectified immediately, shipping the replacement leathers out next day express! Now the leather is only part of the purchase. In addition is the installation. They are equally diligent in securing who they use as installers. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my installers, Titan Up in Ocala, Florida. Their workmanship and attention to detail far surpasses anyone so have ever dealt with. Simply awesome people to work with. Both Katzkin and Titan Up! Actually, even if I purchased a new vehicle, I would take it to have their leather installed to replace the OEM. DID Zi mention the leather feels like butter?!?! My 4Runner looks so beautifully luxurious now with the Katzkin leather replacement. I highly recommend Katzkin to everyone who is renovating their ride or anyone who want to make their new ride even better! Thank you Katzkin! The waiting area was clean/comfy with coffee/water. The biggest selling factor here is the shop did a wonderful job repairing my sunroof at an HONEST price for the work that needed to be done. Jason Patino: Mike's Auto Glass is the preferred vendor for Audi Tampa to replace their windows with OEM windows with Audi calibration. I set an appointment with Mike's Auto Glass after my brand new Audi G7 took a rock on the 275. They were diligent and setting up the insurance coverage and made it easy for me to set a date and time to drop the car off. They went above and beyond and their service with the vehicle as Audi had changed their calibration process with the 2024 model Q7's and they personally drove the vehicle to Audi customer service to finish the calibration for me. I was able to pick up the car same day which was important to me. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for their customers and they will definitely have my business in the future.

JMA: Great experience and very satisfied with the quality of product and craftsmanship. For a custom medical grade memory foam seat, whether it is leather or vinyl, there is no better place. Brian made me a great custom leather seat with beautiful double stitching, several different types of foam density, which included a prostate pocket.They can make any design you like and the sky is the limit on the leathers, vinyl, stitching and design. Very professional and quick turnaround time. Old fashion too, he made the seat without requesting money in advance, on a simple handshake.The seat was very comfortable after he made it; however, I brought it back a couple of days later for a minor tweak that required a small change in the seating position. Brian again was very nice and took his time listening and allowing me to ride with some modification to try it out before putting the leather cover back on. Now I sit at a slightly different angle, the seat is perfect for my reach and height and very comfortable for long trips should I decide to take one.I immediately tried it on a two and a half hour, 140 mile trip just to test the new position, and it was very comfortable. Todd Hayes: Outstanding customer service!!!I wanted my stock touring seat custom made in a short amount of time and Brian assured me they could get it done. Went to the shop to discuss modifications, Brian went as far as to loan me a seat to put on to try out to check for comfort and shaping, then I met with Wayne for design plans, and let me tell you, he has SO much attention to detail that the average person wouldn't even notice, until he points it out. So I left the seat with them and within a cou.ple of days he sent me a picture of a design he had done and decided to go a different route, with all that they were still able to get me my seat back in a shorter time than expected. I picked my seat with my vehicle, not the bike,a nd all I can say is WOW, such an amazing job. Went home to install on the bike and notice all the craftsmanship and again attention to detail, beyond my expectations, that were very high. Jill Smith: Wonderful work, VERY fairly priced, very kind and honest. I don’t have a before photo but the mid console was considerably ripped up from my dogs nails. It was recovered very carefully and looks like new.Other work done was the headliner of my son’s 2003 Buick LaSaber. The job was perfectly done and very fairly price. Brittany Lawrence: Eddie from EZ Hollywood tops saved my sanity last week. I have a 2008 Jeep Liberty with a Skyslider sunroof. This Jeep is notorious because of the specialty roof. When my sunroof malfunctioned, I called 5 places who all said it couldn't be fixed or they wouldn't touch it. I found a place on St. Pete to look at it and they told me the car was basically scrap because it literally couldn't be fixed - not even bolted shut. Finally, I called Eddie as a last ditch effort. He said to bring it in. He assessed the roof and said he could fix it but given the value of the car, permanently sealing it was the most cost-effective option. I was worried about how it would look and he said it wouldn't look any different to a fully functioning roof when it was closed. This was great news considering all other opinions were to scrap the vehicle. Job was done in 2 days including dry time and I picked up a car that looked exactly the same as what was dropped off. I've already driven in a downpour and the roof is sealed dryly shut and it's much quieter now too. [Photos show completed work]As a side note, the first place I brought my Jeep left it outside in the rain and there was EXTENSIVE water damage. Eddie called me as soon as he saw it and told me exactly what I needed to do to take care of it myself. Knowing nothing about cars he even showed me how to pop out the plastic on the floor of my Jeep and lift up the rug. The absolute best customer service I've received in a long time. If you have a any convertible but especially a 2008 Jeep Liberty with a SkySlider roof in the Tampa area, Eddie is your guy.*budget-considerate*professional*very communicative*fast service*great customer service

Had the headliner replaced in my Mercedes SUV, and as with all the other work I've had Dean and Robert and their team, it was fantastic! The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent, and the price was fair and reasonable. They were even able to use new trim I had purchased for the job, knowing that a lot of the older plastic trim bits would shatter when removed. As a result of the great collaboration my headliner looks as good or better than new!I have used Sunbrite for all of my vehicle upholstery needs over the years, and they have never disappointed - if anything, they have always exceeded my expectations! I showed him my worn out crappy seats, and he transformed them into amazing masterpieces. They look like they belong in my BMW.He made some excellent suggestion about fall lines of seats, and curiously enough, Grady White never seemed to notice. In the end, my newly covered Pompano Chair cushions are BETTER than new, they have had the ROYal treatment.You won't be disappointed with Roy. The only problem is he will not cut corners. Don't rush him. He has his pace, and that pace is PERFECTION.

Ian Danley: Several months ago I needed two fresh tires put on rims for a small scooter. I spent several hours calling bike shops and being told they were either too busy or it wasn’t worth their time. After speaking with Mike he told me they were a little busy but he’d be happy to do it. An hour later the fresh tires were ready. Recently I took another scooter that I’ve been told before by other shops is not worth their time. Mike and his team were more than willing to service the scooter so it could be road worthy. The price was fair and he even admitted he forgot to charge me for an eight dollar part. There are many shops closer to my home, I’ll gladly drive farther to Tampa Elite, as should you.

Blake: My first review in 20 years had to be written about this shop, its owner, and its employees. I have a Harley Davidson and anytime I take it to any Harley-Davidson from California to Florida, I always feel a bit icky when I leave. It seems like they’re always trying to sell me something or upsell me or tell me how great they are. This shop is nothing like that. As soon as I came into the shop I was greeted like a family member with a handshake a water and a hello. The owner, his brother, his sons, and every other employee there was always nice and stayed on task. I can’t tell you how happy it made me feel when I saw these young men working and not playing on their phones or wasting anyone’s time. Fixed my bike, fair prices, good tires, and excellent communication. Usually my wife likes to leave our reviews, but for this one, I feel like it was important that if anybody reads this, you can know it comes from a place of truth and a place of appreciation that I know my motorcycle can be taken care of by professionals I can trust.
