Our son was in need of off campus housing on very short notice so we took a leap of a faith based off the personal recommendation we received, and signed a lease before ever seeing the apartment. From the moment we arrived in Tampa, Danielle B was there to greet us with a smile and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, followed by a personal tour of the complex and amenities. She even followed up with us following the move in to make sure our experience was a positive one. I can't begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for everything she has done to make our son's transition to city living and college such a seamless and positive process. Whenever I have reached out to her whether it be by phone or email, she has always responded in a timely fashion. I have probably been one of the most high maintenance, helicopter college student parents out there, and yet she has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. When my son moved in, his apartment was clean and move-in ready. There was one small maintenance issue that needed attention and within an hour, the maintenance staff took care of it. Our experience with Arabelle Riveralk and it's staff has continued to exceed expectations. The location, the amenities, the secure building access, a designated parking garage, and the proximity to UT is everything you could possibly need or want. The apartments are more than spacious, the complex is kept very clean, the maintenance crew are always on top of things and the leasing office staff are the absolute BEST! This is the first complex that I’ve lived at where food trucks are brought to the property offering a variety of different food selections and the office staff host an abundance of different events for the residents. Any issue that I have EVER had, the staff here were quick to rectify it and often times within the same day. The amenities are top notch, the residents are friendly and you definitely get your money’s worth. I really do appreciate the staff providing me with the opportunity to call Oasis at Highwoods Preserve my home and when it came time to renew my lease, the decision was an easy one to make. I can assure you that the negative reviews about Oasis are completely bogus claims made out of spite by people that lack accountability and more importantly, take responsibility. I would definitely recommend Oasis to any and all of my family and friends and I hope to continue calling this community my home.

Could never hear my neighbors next door or above me. Pool, gym and sun deck are great, and the Channelside neighborhood is starting to get really popular with new places opening up all the time. An easy 15 minute commute for anyone working at MacDill AFB. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The front office is also amazing! The girls in the front office, Makenna, Shayla, and Destiny are beyond helpful and so friendly! If there is ever an issue, they are the go to! They’re always happy to help and such a fun group! If you ever have issues, it’s never going to seem like a burden asking them for assistance. They seem to love their job and have a happy heart when helping! I would 10 out of 10 recommend living at the Pearl!

Julie Gerbus: I transferred from the Emerson on Rocky Point to Varela because of the amenities at varela are 100% better than the Emerson. Tracy Barcelo has been a life saver. Within weeks of moving in my daughter needed major back surgery and Tracy handled everything and was very knowledgeable. I think we made the best decision moving to varela. The office staff at varela is 100% more caring and in touch with their residents. At the Emerson Laura Worms was the only office person I wanted to work with. Here at varela it’s Tracy Barcelo but if she is not available, any of the office staff at varela will help me if I need it with a smile on their face.. I would recommend Varela over the Emerson or Novus and I have lived at all three properties so I can speak from experience.

Matt Kroeten: Staff was excellent and amenities were very nice. Only issues were the rates when we moved out were a little high for our liking and I would advise anybody leasing on the southeast corner of the building that the adjacent property makes a lot of noise very early in the morning. It's a fleet maintenance facility for city vehicles so garbage trucks and school busses will be backing up at 4am and beeping loud enough to wake you up.

The community events are always a lot of fun, and it's much appreciated when we get free food and drinks. The property is kept up well and maintenance is usually very quick to respond to requests. You most certainly get the "resort-style" living feel here, and with so many activities and amenities, you often don't need to leave the property. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move to the Westshore area.

I even had packages arrive for me ahead of my move in date - Sara kept them in the leasing office for me and held them for over 2 weeks with no issues.On move in day getting my keys was the easiest process I have ever experienced when moving into an apartment community - took no more than 10 minutes. The only recommendation I had would be allowing the elevator to be rented during move-in, but besides that I am very happy with my decision to live at Pierhouse!

I’ve only ever had wonderful experiences with them all. A solid 7.5/8 out of 10. I only left because I bought a home out of state.

Frank C: Before moving to the Millennium Westshore, I lived with a roommate out in Riverview in a newer construction Townhome. I was sad to leave that residence, because I enjoyed living in a new constructed space. I wanted to be centrally located to the Downtown area, close to all the places I love, so I came across the Millennium Westshore back in April of 2023. I moved in in May of 2023.Miles was amazing! He helped us so much, we found the best price, the cost to move in was in budget, and he was very accommodating! Our move in process was seamless, and we fell in love with all of the amenities! It's very quiet in the apartment, so I cannot really hear loud noise or neighbors, and the apartment itself is pretty timeless with an industrious feel, and I feel upscale living at the Millennium. I love to showcase where I live, and have family and friends over, and I get loads of complements of our apartment.Being able to park in a covered parking garage, despite the recent repairs, I do always still find parking gracefully, and it's being refreshed so it looks really good all the improvements they made already thus far, and they've communicated every aspect of where you can and cannot park and what sections were going to be closed off ahead of time before they were, and everything important that residents needs to know is communicated to our e-mail, so residents should ensure they read their e-mails, and then they wouldn't have that problem of having gotten towed. I never had an issue, and I never had to ever park in a reserved spot, Also, there is cameras on this property and security that circles through, and police cars that visit periodically, so I feel very safe living here. I always found a spot no matter whatever level or spots were closed. So, it worked out fine, and it's better now as of January 2024, and on those days it's pouring rain, it's nice to not have to walk in the rain at all to get inside. There are always Food Trucks coming in every other week, and events going on at the Millennium, and cash prizes, and fun contests that they do periodically and catered events for the residents!Despite these 1 star reviews you keep seeing, it's not all that bad. It could be worse out there, We should focus on the positive, and what truly makes a community thrive are the people who live in it, and people should appreciate the perks that we do have, that most places do not even offer, and charge WAY more for. So, with that being said, it's a wonderful community, with great staff who are very supportive, and any maintenance request I've ever had has always been completed in a timely manner.I really do appreciate the Millennium staff for all their hard work! I would recommend living at the Millennium Westshore!

Debra Ackerman: October 2023 Update - We are among the longest time residents here at Bainbridge Westshore Marina, having moved in April 2019 while they were still completing several of the buildings. While there have been some periods better than others, we love our beautiful apartment and living here so much, we’ve just signed our fifth lease!Since the current team has been in place, we have seen considerable progress in correcting the things that have been slipping over the last 18 months. We notice improvement in the landscaping, maintenance, trash enforcement, overall cleanliness, and most importantly, in communication. We are finally being kept abreast of what is going on and when to expect action which goes a long way to maintaining happy tenants.It cannot be easy to manage a complex of 351 apartments but we really feel that we have a top-notch management, maintenance, and office staff at this time. Lizette and Courtney have been warm, friendly, and responsive to tenant’s needs. Bryam and his team in maintenance are doing a great job. And what would we do without Amanda? She is so sweet and helpful, it just makes my day when I hear her voice!Things just keep getting better. The location here is the best for easy access to downtown, Hyde Park, all of South Tampa, and St. Pete. But with the new Chuck Lager’s right next door, we don’t have to go far to enjoy a really great restaurant and gathering place. They have reasonable rent, excellent amenities and gorgeous apartments. They have hosted numerous fun events including food trucks, painting with a twist, horse drawn carriages for Christmas and many more! The beck is also situated right on lettuce lake park and has amazing views of the park and a ton of walking/running trails. Being only 20 minutes from downtown this is an excellent choice for a place to call home. I am excited to renew my lease for another year and stay at this beautiful complex!

Zachariah Bates: My girlfriend and I lived here for 3 years. It is located in a perfect location on the north side of downtown Tampa. You are steps away from downtown, the riverwalk, and everything else that is around. Anything that we needed was a quick drive away. Leo and Jisber do a great job with maintenance, and are so nice to talk to. The building could use a refresh to keep up with all the other new properties being built nearby. You are definitely paying for the location, and all the other amenities that come with a “luxury apartment”. Personally, I think the rent prices need to be reduced. This is due to the age of the building, the amenities offered, and in comparison to other nearby newer buildings. We felt safe, and protected. I thought it was nice that they had security, and an onsite TPD officer that currently lives there. If you have a unit facing downtown, be prepared for car, and ambulance noise. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.

Kim Turner: Helped a family member move in to the The Morrison. The apartment is centrally located in "Soho" Tampa, with many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Once we finished the move, went across the street to Green Lemon which was delicious. The apartment room layout is perfect with spacious rooms. The pool/grill area is exceptionally clean and very inviting. Alyssa, Morrison's representative, was helpful during the move-in. Considering that we were not the one's moving in, she went out of her way to make it an easy experience. Very happy for our family member to be in such a secure and beautiful apartment.

Elizabeth Slack: We have lived at The Morrison for almost a year and we are planning on renewing our lease. We love it here! My husband and I both work in medicine and needed a place that was quiet enough during the day when we worked night shifts and was near places to grab quick meals. The Morrison checked all of our boxes. The apartment has enough space for us and visiting guests and is close to everything! We love being able to walk out our door and already be next to three amazing restaurants and bars. The management team has been great! The manager Alyssa is always available when I need her and she puts a lot of effort into keeping The Morrison looking incredible. The engineering/maintenance team is wonderful! I can text Paul whenever I have an issue and he is already on it. We were gone for a few days and it had rained a lot but Paul and Alyssa were so kind to put our packages that were outside into our apartment so they would not get wet and ruined. We appreciate their kindness and their hard work in making our home feel safe and fun! I would highly recommend the Morrison to anyone!

It’s true luxury within a five minute walk to Hyde Park.The real reason for the five stars is the property manager Alyssa and the maintenance manager Paul.Two of the most genuine, honest and hard working people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They are both incredibly thoughtful and facilitate any need tenants have. If you need something they get it done the same day.They drop off goody bags for holidays, deliver your packages, jumped our car when the battery died and even drop off treats for all of the dogs.The apartment is great but they make this place a community.I can’t emphasize enough how much they do on a daily basis. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Paul not busy working for even a second. Alyssa is constantly helping to improve issues with the property and always friendly and helpful with anything you need. The owners of this property really lucked out by having them. I guarantee the work they put in will exponentially increase the value of these rentalsCan’t thank them enough and if you have the opportunity definitely move here.

kristen denny: and the great amenities that come with this complex. Not to mention the apartment space in these units is more than generous!! Unlike other apartment complexes I've have experienced in the past, the management at the Morrison is truly always willing to help and is efficient/fast at addressing any concerns. Our property manager, Alyssa, is the absolute best and always goes out of her way to help. Our maintenance supervisor, Paul, is the kindest man and can fix just about everything. I don't think I have had a maintenance request outstanding for more than a day or two ever. These two run a tight ship and make sure all their residents are taken care of!!

Taylor Bowden: , and the location is prime. We are walking distance to Hyde Park, Soho bars & restaurants and Bayshore Blvd. Parking spots are located in a gated/covered garage, which is also a huge plus. Big fan of this place....Again- couldn't recommend it enough. Check it out!

Lisa Wilkes: Wonderful customer service. Alyssa was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The apartment's location is ideal. The pool, gym, and common areas are nice. However, the Morrison lacks outlets for electric cars. This was the biggest issue for me. Also, we prefer apartments that utilize secure package delivery services like Fetch. Other than that, we were impressed with The Morrison. If you're looking for a small, safe community that's walking distance to everything, this would be a great fit for you.
