We had old inserts, one that had broken, replaced and it was money well spent to increase the beauty of our home. The service with Jordan at the store was professional and superb. The installers we had on our installation day, 4/26/24 were fantastic!!! Very professional and they not only improved the look, but also the function of our front doors that were dragging on the front step. We do live in an older home, built in the late 80's, so this was a huge home improvement with not a lot of wasted money on the beautification. See the 2 before pictures and the 3 after photos.

Kenrick Williams: My wife and I added glass to our existing door. Jordan was excellent with answering all our questions, making suggestions based on our budget and explaining the entire process. Even with the HOA approval he advised us to wait to order because the insert we chose was custom and could not be cancelled if the HOA didn't approve. I really appreciate that kind to forward thinking for something that is not even his responsibility to check. The install was very quick and the finished product is excellent. Installers were very professional and clean. Looks like the door was built like this with the glass insert and not added after. Highly recommend The Glass Door Store.
