James Pryor JR: Weather Tite Windows installed PGT impact resistant windows in our condo in June 2023. The installation team did a great job, and the quality of the windows is excellent. We called for service last week, a window latch was not engaging correctly. They scheduled a service call for the following week. Lee, the service technician arrived on time. He made a minor repair to the latch, double checked everything then explained a few maintenance items. Quality service and responsiveness is important to us. We are very satisfied with Weather Tite Windows.
Martin Dubin: I had a consistently positive experience with Weather Tite Windows. From the purchase through installation and service. Alex was our install technician and he carefully planned and executed the work. A supervisor stopped by to review his plan for installation and this communication helped determine the best method to use. I was impressed with the extensive sealing which was accomplished in our sixth floor unit. I should note how carefully the team cleaned up and restored the area after they finished. It was almost like they hadn’t been here. There were several follow up items that needed attention. Lee and Oscar came out to fix them and assess whether additional parts were needed. They listened to me when they arrived and carefully checked the windows. These service techs were professional and worked to ensure that the windows had everything that was needed. I watched them work while they were here and I can say that they are the people you want when something needs to get done. I usually don’t write such a long review, but Weather Tite, based on my experience, is an outfit that I would highly recommend. Anyone can sell windows, the installation and servicing is what makes the job. Great company!Since writing this Lee and Oscar returned to install two screens. They didn’t fit perfectly at first but Oscar adjusted them and together Lee and Oscar installed them. They checked to make sure everything was working correctly and then asked if there was anything else they could do. These two are highly professional and definitely the people you want to install or repair your window screens. I highly recommend WeatherTite Windows because of the quality service technicians they employ.

From start to finish it has been a smooth process with customer service Rose and Sara calling me with updates leading up to installation. The installers Alex and Andrew did an outstanding job paying attention to detail and always cleaned up after themselves. Andrew had noticed my door hardware did not fit so he trimmed the metal to make a perfect fit. After the final inspection, Mike and Riley did the final fine adjustments. What an amazing team! Andrew Walter: Highly highly recommended. Bob is just the nicest, honest contractor I have met in Tampa. Solid guy from NY and you can tell he takes pride in his work and his customers. We added a new frameless glass shower wall and door. Turned out beautiful. He also replaced the water threshold and door sweeps on two other showers in the house. Overall start to finish the process was painless and enjoyable. Prices were fair...which is uncommon in South Tampa, lets be honest. Adam did a great job of scheduling to work with our schedule, Marcus co ordinated the work to keep things moving forward and clean. They built a temporary wall that kept us secure and dirt out while pouring a new curb and installing the new ones. Very happy with the work and final results, they cared for our property and installed a quality product, would use them again!

This is truly a local business an old-fashioned hardware store that does glass work screen doors screens for Windows and much more. I have used them on three different occasions for all three of the above.

Dev Null: I just wanted to take a minute and say that I’m glad that I chose West Coast Windows for the installation of my new hurricane impact windows. Based upon Google reviews I chose five different companies for a estimate. I was in the area and stopped by West Coast and met with Jordan who explained impact windows and great detail. He also told me about the My Safe Florida program which I was unaware. After getting my estimates from all five companies I decided to go with West Coast who beat out the others hands down. Dave the owner came out and got the measurements and my windows were in about a month. The installers Jim and Sean did a outstanding Job with all eleven windows and my patio door. If you are looking for fair prices and a honest company I would chose West Coast Windows. Its been a week since my install and we are very pleased with our choice in windows. Thanks West Coast as you now have earned a customer for life.

Great Pricing with a High Quality Product ...... A very informative no pressure home evaluation visit from Jordan who is the son. A follow up visit and write up review of work TBD before installation from the Father on each window and door. Then Fantastic Custom installation work from dedicated company employees with attention to detail and were not trying to rush through the job. They left our home like they were never here. The county inspector came out and his comment was very impressive. He Said, I just don't see installations like this. that often. The 1 installer has been with the company for 18 years. Please do yourself a huge favor. Check out all the other BBB reviews, then calls these guys first and you will be extremely pleased. I am a retired custom builder from up north and once again, these guys blew me away.....

They did a great job on my 1960 Clearwater home installing new windows and a sliding glass door that passed inspection with the city the first time. They beat the other companies quotes that I received. They did what they said they would do, at the price they said they would, and were quick to follow up on warranty issues such as a torn screen.
