Alexander Franceschi: The owner is named Erik and is a great dude. I came in originally because I needed alterations but it's so much more than that. They sell fabric, buttons, designs, and the owner makes his own outfits. It's a cute little place and a local business.
Michael Eschmann (Eeschmann): Super helpful and knowledgeable. Even makes custom clothing! Came here because my dog chewed my leather recliner they didn’t have the leather I needed at the time but still very helpful.
Jonathan Nixon Elder: I had my first lesson with Erik at Spool Studio, and I went from barely being able to sew a button to understanding the fundamentals of my sewing machine within one lesson. Erik is a very patient teacher, and readily walks you through the 'how,' but also clearly explains the 'why.' It was a lot of fun, and I'm excited for my next lesson. He has curated a great selection of fabrics as well. We are lucky to have this resource in the neighborhood!

Minh Duong: . I really like the fun, creative, and structured learning environment. It was one of my daughter's favorite summer camps. So much that she's signed up for the program during the school year. Would highly recommend for anyone with kids yearning for a creative outlet in a great learning environment!!
Sadie Bauck: I can't say enough nice things about Sew South Tampa Lori and Rachel are great teachers and have the patience for all levels of sewers. I would recommend this for any parent that is looking for not only a program that will teach your kids lessons about sewing, but about life as well. At the end of the year, they host a fashion show and over the years it's has grown and become an established part of the curriculum and parents and kids can look forward to!

Alyson Waller: I had the pleasure of experiencing the Fashion Show this year and I just have to say these girls have developed an amazing program! One student made a skirt/jacket set that looked straight out of Chanel. I highly suggest this amazing organization. Owners/instructors, Rachel and Lori, are both patient and inspiring! I feel sewing is becoming a lost art and Sew South Tampa is making it fun and relevant again. They are starting to implement adult classes in addition to the after school kids program. I cannot recommend Sew South Tampa enough!
Shannon Greenhalgh: Sew South Tampa has taught my sister and I amazing life skills. I took adult classes and my sister took summer camps.Though my sister was a bit older than some other campers, she had never sewed before. This thought made her a bit nervous because she didn’t want to get left behind. However, after just one day of the week long camp, my sister was SO excited to go back and finish her projects, which turned out AMAZING.The camps were beginner-friendly, materials were prepped beforehand, and SST has many themed camps to choose from!I took adult classes and I am truly amazed with how much I learned. I didn’t even know how to thread a needle when I first began. After taking SST’s adult classes, I feel empowered with this new set of skills, and I use sewing in my everyday life now. Sewing is truly a lost art form and for my birthday this year, I will definitely be treating myself to a sewing machine so I can continue to foster and grow the fundamental skills the SST teachers taught me.
Douglas Belden: This is a wonderful place for young girls to learn the lost art of sewing. Sew South Tampa is run by 2 wonderful ladies who are fully dedicated to their students. I highly recommend this place.

She explain everything so well and had so much patience doing so. She help us throughout our project. She also help my boyfriend plan out this beautiful proposal, yes PROPOSAL. I had no idea and it went so smoothly. She took many pictures, play music and was genuinely happy to help in whatever we needed. My family and I will be returning. We had so much fun. I recommend coming ! By the way I said YES! lol

William Ellison (Bill): Fascinating facility with excellent equipment. I took the tour and met some friendly, helpful people. I'm looking forward to joining Hackerspace to enjotake advantage of their 3D printers, fabric arts and woodworking areas. They also have an electrical hobby shop that interests me.

Tom Wilson: Neat concept. Kind of a co-opish membership place with something for most. Has a variety of activities and classes where kids are given "stuff and a screwdriver" and encouraged to take things apart and lean how they work. Lots of old electronics they can play with or scavenge parts. wood working, sewing, shop, 3d printing, electronics, modeling, etc. If you can't find something interesting, you're not trying hard enough. Went in with a friend who's a member for a little tour.No "store hours". They aren't in the business to sell you anything. Just a group of similarly minded individuals. Have to be there with a member or for scheduled community activities.

Nick DiMarco: Thank god for Angel Custom Tailor! This week started out as a nightmare before I came here. I was excited to pick up my suit that I’ve been waiting on for months from suit supply as my wedding is only days away now. Upon trying it on I quickly realized it was way too big in every way, even though it was “custom fit”. I had no idea what to do and I did not trust suit supply to fix it. I called Angel Custom Tailor panicking asking if he could make it short, tighter, and more fit. He told me to come right in and he’d have it done whenever I needed it. The fitting with him went great and he even helped me fix the under shirt and the pants. One day later he called me telling me it was ready for pickup. I went back today to pick it up and it’s amazing how good the results are and how fast he was able to do it, true life saver!! I will be back for my next suit

Adam Schlabach: Not one to usually leave reviews but this one was deserved. First time getting custom fitted suits and Erin couldn’t have made it a better experience. We were on a bit of a deadline with weddings/events approaching but she went above and beyond to make sure the suits were tailored to my liking. Whole process was phenomenal, from picking out material, to the fitting, to getting it tailored and she even went out of her way to have it delivered. Really appreciate the attention to detail on the customer service along with the craftsmanship of the suits.

Andrew Norcross: i cannot say enough good things about David and the team at Bespoke & Co. i hadn’t worn a suit in over a decade, and those were cheap off the rack suits. never felt comfortable or looked like i belonged in it, ya know?with all that said, i wanted to look good for my wife on our wedding day. having seen some of their work on social media, i set an appointment with David directly and he helped explain all the nuances and choices i could make with the suit. i’ve literally never looked better in my life, and it was worth every penny and more. i’m spoiled now, i don’t think i’ll ever be able to wear a suit that they HAVEN’T made custom for me ever again.

Their designer patiently worked with us on several design changes, and executed each change promptly. Shirt production was incredibly fast, and the shirts themselves are of exceptional quality! Pricing was very aggressive; we ended up hitting a quantity break that allowed more of the proceeds to go to the funding target than we expected. Overall, there was not a single aspect of dealing with B&B that could be improved upon; they were fast, efficient, skilled, talented, and extremely pleasant to work with! Alex Simpson: I came here on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy. Parking is in a garage but the Lululemon is right next to it so that’s convenient. The staff was all very friendly despite it being a fast paced environment. Jessica who had manager vibes was very kind in the dressing room and checked in on me. Kayla at the front greeted me and she kind of comes off not authentic but she probably greets hundreds of people a day. But turns out she was actually very kind and attentive. She checked me out when I was in a rush. She also asked if I was military and I got a good discount that I didn’t realize Lululemon does. Overall great experience and I recommend both Kayla and Jessica for raises they definitely go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and taken care of.
