Absolutely the most relaxing and therapeutic experience. Very professional and attentive, my sister has fibromyalga and I have arthritis in addition to sciatica issues. We left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to make another appointment. Incredible worth every penny and our advice go 90 minutes pay the extra!

Joe Civita: Woke up New Year’s Day with a migraine and feeling generally run done and knotted up from doing paid holiday shopping for people this season the past couple of weeks so decided to treat myself to an hour full body massage tonight. There were only a few locations with openings for the rest of the evening and this one was 6 minutes from home plus open until 10 pm. I got there at 7 and the massage was fantastic. I hadn’t had one in years so it was a lot of work. I had more knots than a naval fleet so the masseuse put in the necessary force and was quite strong! I play a heavy mahogany electric guitar for hours a day too so my neck, shoulders, upper back, forearms and wrists needed a lot of love. There were more snaps, crackles and pops than a Rice Krispies factory. Ready to start the New Year right. Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning!

First of all, their prices are extremely fair for the time, products, and quality that you receive here! That was the first thing that brought me in. After attending the first time, which I will admit I was sketched out at first because the establishment looks like someone's house, the vibe inside is entirely different! It's quite, calming, professional, and CLEAN! There is always someone to greet you even if they can't get to you immediately. They have all communicated with me, asked questions, and have checked in periodically. They also do their best to answer any questions you may have. I absolutely hate driving into downtown, seriously, but I make the drive just for this spot!

Dale Timberlake: I just had my first massage with Urban Zen and it was great. I did a two hour session with Cecilia and was still wanting more! Already booked my next two hours with Cecilia. From a massage quality standpoint, she took her time in all the right areas I needed the most work. On numerous occasions, I noted how she went to exactly the right amount of pressure without crossing the line into too much. What I really love is when the massage therapist thinks of the massage in three-dimensions, not just leaving me flat on the table. Cecilia did this throughout the massage. She brought my arms and my legs off the table to work in different ways on my thighs, calves and feet, and then to incorporate my favorite part of any massage, she added numerous stretches to get at range of motion issues I have due to arthritis. She's my new "go to"!

Joseph J: Only go here. Fair pricepoint for an excellent experience in terms of both customer service and massage quality. Always answer the phone and have always fit me in same day. They are always on top of responding to your needs, whether you have a certain sore muscle or need to be more careful with areas that may be injured. I recommend doing the 90 minutes, not the 60. I workout a lot and this is where I always go on a monthly to bi-monthly basis. Thank you.

I’d never experienced ashiatsu/barefoot massage before where the therapist use their feet and weight for massage but it’s been great for deep pressure. Saree has always put me at ease by being easy to talk to and considerate of her clients experience on the table. She always checks in on comfort level when it comes to pressure.
