I shared an image of a ring I liked but wanted custom made. We talked thru the image, what I liked and what I wanted done differently. She had Mark, the custom jeweler meet with me to make sure he understood everything I dreamed of in this ring. The two of them shared what was the best way to design the ring for balance and esthetic's. From there they had a CAD/mock-up made which allowed us to make changes so everything would be perfect.
