Ally: Love coming here to bathe my dog. They make it so easy, you get to pick your own shampoo which is really nice. They have everything you might need for you dogs bath. Really clean and efficient. The prices are unbeatable and the staff is superb.

Montana Feix: Jackie did such an awesome job giving my Frenchton Mister Darcy the Shaggy Dog service! He smells so good and his coat is as soft as it was when he was a little puppy! Super lovely people that you can tell who love dogs. We even left with some all natural pet treats and a spooky cookie that Mister Darcy will enjoy on Halloween. We can't wait to go back!

Phoenix Rising: Friendly and caring staff. The process to book and pay was very easy. I will be returning for more day care visits and boarding.
Runninggirl78 Bennett: The vet tech who trimmed the nails, amazing. Just make sure if you're scheduleing a cat claw trim it is for the correct day/time they only do that certain times. I had to schedule two and get them cancelled to find that out.
Dustin Behlmer: Kathrine is the absolute best. She’s kind and knowledgeable. She won’t do anything that isn’t in your dog's best interest. Trust her to do her thing and you won’t be disappointed.
C Hope: Italia at Commerce Palms Drive location is the best groomer I’ve ever had. She does a great job and she has been amazing dealing with my elderly dog who isn’t always cooperative. She has been kind and very patient with him and that’s why I drive an hour each way to have her groom my fur baby

Alyssa Bercaw: I’ve been coming to this PetSmart for a few years now and everyone has been so nice and helpful. However I do want to give an extra shout out to dog trainer, Neko. My 10 month old puppy recently started the beginner training class with Neko and he has been amazing. We’ve only had two classes so far but Neko teaches me things not only about my dog but also myself as a dog mom. You can tell he really cares about the dogs he trains as well as the owners. I am hopeful for what’s to come and I’m very excited to watch my puppy, and I grow together.
