Kevin Williams: This is by far my favorite bakery and coffee shop in Tampa. The food, pastries, and coffee are all really great and the service is always amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place and I look forward to coming here every time we can make it. It's not far from downtown Tampa, the zoo, and other things to see so if you can make it and swing here for breakfast or coffee, I'd recommend you do.

Hands On Sweets told me they would make it exactly as I requested and there wouldn’t be any issues and that’s exactly what they delivered. They delivered to the party and laid everything down and asked if I had any concerns or if I was happy with my service. I ordered a cake, cookies and matching cake pops. Unicorn themed! Everything tasted as good as it looked! I’m not sure why I took so long to make this review years later BUT they deserve 5 stars! Better late than never! Sofia Reed: Hands on Sweets made our wedding cake and "thank you gift" macaroons for our May 2021 wedding. We were SO pleased with the experience working with Chef Marie and their end product. When communicating with Chef Marie at the beginning of the wedding planning process, she helped us tremendously by putting together a potential "look" for our wedding cake based on "vision" photos we sent to her. Her suggestion is what we selected and it was stunning. We LOVED the uniqueness of their flavors too - we opted to have part of our cake be carrot cake with guava filling, and it was delicious! The other flavor we had was pink champagne cake with cream cheese filling, which was also incredible. We added macaroons as thank you gifts, and to this day, our attendees tell us that they were the best ones they have ever had! Thank you to Chef Marie for helping make our wedding absolutely perfect!!

We first met her at a wedding expo and fell in love with her beautiful designs and delicious cakes and knew that we wanted to have her create our perfect wedding cake. During the initial consultation, Marie was wonderful at helping guide us and create a vision for our cake based on all of the details/elements that were important to us. It was difficult at first for us to completely envision what we wanted, but Marie was able to quickly take our thoughts and put together a perfect sketch/representation to match our overall theme. The cake tasting was one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding planning process and Marie was able to offer some really great recommendations as far as pairings for cake flavors & fillings. Every cake and filling we tasted was absolutely amazing. We had such a hard time deciding which we liked best that we ended up going with two different flavor options. Seeing the cake brought to life on our actual wedding day was incredible. The cake itself was stunning and we can honestly say it was just as excellent of quality and flavor on the wedding day as when we did our initial tasting. We also had Marie make custom cookies as take-home treats for our wedding guests which also turned out perfect - everyone loved them! We truly love Marie's work and would highly recommend Hands on Sweets for any important event cake/pastry/dessert needs!

You know you have a line behind you. There's no reason for you to leave a car length in front of you from the next car. Even half a cars length is too much during eak hours, and there should not be any space between the vehicles in line except for the space to allow customers to exit he line to allow people to get off he street!!! This isn't a shot at BO'S. it the people in the line...

C. Pemberton: Alessi Bakery is a long established bakery in downtown Tampa. It is family owned and operated. There is a deli side that features Cuban food and sandwiches. All are made while you wait. But my personal favorites are the bakery items. They feature cakes, pies, and individual desserts that are a feast for your eyes and mouth. We have enjoyed many of these treats during individual spontaneous visits as well as pies, cakes, and deserts for special occasions such as birthdays, graduations, and on 2 occasions weddings. Their desserts are a treat all the time. I hope you keep supplying these scrumptious delights to Tampa for another 100 years.
Chickie Pie: I had to get Something last minute, Jason not only found the perfect cake .His customer service skills are phenomenal. If I could give 10 gold stars, I would. The prices are very comparable to any grocery store prices. But the service is more personable and truly they're glad you're there. In this society where it's lost its customer service ability. Taylor Nation: I have only great things to say. The price of baked goods cannot be beat. I got a huge whopping slice of carrot cake cheesecake torte today for 4 $. The frosting lightly sweetened you can eat it without feeling sick. Cheesecake with the perfect sourness to counteract against the sweet cake that is so moist it doesn't even need a frosting.Everything I've tried has been ridiculously good and cheap. Horns are fantastic. The gourmet cupcakes are huge, delicious and cheap. The creme brulee bread pudding.. dear Lord it's good. They also do bogos to get an even better deal.This place is a staple and we all know about it, but I had forgotten just how good it is until I tried the German chocolate brownie at the fair. Immediately had to come in to the store to try more items! The sandwiches are great, pricier than the pastries though which is to be expected cause of rising prices on meat.I've been to a lot of bakeries and this one is by far the best and most reasonably priced, that offers both American and Hispanic items. Also the decorated cakes are shockingly cheap for such large and ornately decorated cakes.Keep doing what you're doing, Alessi.
April Butler: My husband and I just went here for the first time and we got the Crème Brûlée bread pudding… I wanted just a taste when we got home and ended up eating the WHOLE THING. Seriously, this might be the best dessert I have ever had. We also got the buttered Cuban bread and it was incredible as well… I’m going to be dreaming about this bread pudding for the rest of my life. A MUST TRY!

It was all very good, I had cuban sandwiche and my son had eggs and cheese sandwich we also had pound cake, so good, and a mini tress leches parfair, a mini pinapple upside down muffin. All of it was good and we will have to come here again when we come to Tampa.

Leonardo Segarra Torres: This was my first experience with hot pot, and it was great. Servers give you lots of attention and help you with the hot pot experience. Quite affordable for the large variety of ingredients they have available. For just a couple of dollars more you can also get the grilling station that makes the dinner a better experience.

Maurani Azania: This place was overall pretty nice. There were many selections of yogurts with interesting flavors. Frankly, I'm not a big fan of yogurts myself, but they have a few non-yogurt options as well, so I had chocolate and butterfinger ice cream. They use self-service system, in which you can take whatever flavors of yogurt/ice cream you wanted. They charge you based on the weight of the ice cream you've taken, and there were so many toppings that you can choose, including some vegan ones. The interior was alright, could've been more fun because they mostly painted it with neutral shades. In terms of hygiene, I found it spotless. Kudos to all the friendly staffs, they were very responsive to the customers whom needed help with the self-service system.

I think this is normal. Go to any ice cream shop, and you can't get 2 scoops for $7. Plus, I got the self-serve toppings. They had a bunch of flavors, and I believe 2 were dairy free. They are always giving the best service and care even during their most busiest rushes!!!! And to top it off their ice cream is the best in all of Seminole heights. If you ever want to try this place out you should get the purple haze ice cream or the sirens love potion. And also ask to be be served by Amir, he is so wonderful, kind, and always serving me the best ice cream☺️☺️☺️☺️

Brittani Anderson: Justin is by far the best bartender I've ever had! He made the best drinks and was wonderful to be served by. The salad was fantastic as well.I frequent places based on service however and Justin went above and beyond for not only me but all the customers around me. You can tell he really has a passion for what he does.
