He was extremely helpful and customer focused. He gave me better customer service 3 hours away than most people do standing in the show room. He was very patient with me, and even made sure I got the cheapest rate on insurance for the bike. He continued to help after the deal by grabbing a few employees to help load it in the back of my truck. Other employees there are friendly as well and will say hi as you’re walking by and make sure you’re being helped. They have a ton of beautiful bikes that make it almost hard to pick just one, but if there’s a particular bike you’re looking for, odds are they might have it or might even be able to find you the one you’re looking for. Called and they jumped in to help me. After many calls and trying to coordinate the tow I realized it wasn’t going to happen. The noise was coming from my chain being too slack. We stopped at shop to thank them for willingness to look at my commuter even though they don’t look at CF Moto. Huge thank you to shop. Michael Cappadona: I love riding but not a mechanic by any stretch. Bought my Suzuki c50 online and took it the Ride Factory for a tune up. They've been my shop ever since. Trust is rare these days and these folks have always made me feel safe while not trying to pick my pocket. Definitely recommend for anybody who loves to ride but isn't quite a gear head. They take care of you.

Richard Hodges: .In the past, they also replaced my clutch, put on a new tire and the 20K service.Bryon takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing to your bike - he'll even show you how the mechanisms work - like my clutch. He also looks and researches for reasonably priced parts - in my case, non-HD parts, as those cost an arm and a leg, just for the brand name. I really appreciate that.I've been very happy with all of the work TRF has done and I don't consider taking my bike anywhere else.I strongly recommend Bryon, his staff and The Ride Factory for repairs and custom work for your motorcycle.

Michael Martin: My 2007 V Rod Screaming Eagle has been to Brandon Harley Davidson and Cyclerama. Neither could figure the bike out and charged me for diagnostic fees when there was nothing wrong with the bike at all. The bike has to be dialed in for the new exhaust and that is all. Brian has so much knowledge and these guys are so great to work with. They will get my business was moving forward on this bike and my 2016 Softail Deluxe.

Upon entering, you are greeted warmly by a nice young lady whos name escapes me at the moment. At that point you can choose to enter right or left of reception. No matter which direction you choose you will run into two of the most solid men in the industry. Go left and you meet the owner who is always swamped, but still finds the time to greet you with a smile and makes himself available to address any questions or concerns you might have. Go right and you might be lucky enough to run into Mark. Mark is the man to see if you need to purchase a unit or just want to meet a genuinely nice person. He knows his stuff and will work to get you the best deal. Now that you've met the front line lets move on. As you pass through the wide variety of mini bikes, 4x4s, dirt bikes, gear and accesories, you'll see parts and service on the horizon. This is where the fun starts. Enter Gary. Gary handles the majority of the load when it comes to parts. Hes another one who knows his stuff real well. Ive had this gem of a man find me everything from aftermarket exhausts to led whips with ease. Calls when stuff arrives instead of waiting for me to remember and always laughs at my corny jokes. What more could you ask for in a parts department? Then theres Brooklyn. What can i say about her other than, she gets me. Im a little whacky as you can tell from this review but she doesnt let my shenanigans distract her from the task at hand. Whether its a simple oil change or a complete tear down, i feel confident knowing shes leading the charge. Shes caught things i never would have noticed and saved me tons of grief along the way. The thing that impresses me the most is her focus and attention to detail in an industry we all know can be chaotic at the best of times. The team in the back/garage aka shop have my utmost respect as well. I just dont get to interact with them mich so i can only say that their work has been steller to say the least. Overall you couldnt ask for a better experience. These "toys" are our babies and some of us are extremely passionate about them.
