A couple of which are that they had a fantastic selection in their showroom, and they were very patient with my many questions and requests for samples, etc. The fit and finish of the installation is perfect as they cut and bind everything on site. Chrissy Smith: Very happy with my experience with these guys! I had already narrowed down the carpet I wanted from another company and they were able to order it for me for less. Austin was very helpful, informative and thorough. The installation was quick and they didn’t leave any mess. I will definitely use them next time we need carpet.
Meaghan Wise: These guys were really on the ball through out this whole process. I talked to the manager Austin on a Monday and they were out the next day to measure and show samples. The install was done that next Monday and I couldn't be happier with the results. I plan on adding pictures later but I highly recommend.

Unfortunatly the carpet begin to wrinkle badly in all three room after less than a year and it need to be fixed. Joe with the carpet crew give me the best quote I find and the quality of the repair was the best.

Kathy Castro: Exeptional service by the owner and his crew. I was referred to Joe Russo by a family friend. I received a quote from Empire Today by a pushy sales representative and told her I was getting another quote. She said I have 3 days to cancel transaction. When I explained that to Joe, he immediately came by that day and measured house. Needless to say the quote was tremendously lower than Empire. The Carpet Crew installed our carpet a few days later. The guys all took extreme caution when moving all our furniture including a pool table. The profressionalism was amazing and Joe walked room to room with us to make sure everything was perfect. I have been referring them ever since then and will continue to do so. Thank you to one great group of professionals!

Jamie Jackson: I buy scrap carpeting from the for years. Carpet doesn't last long in my house with a lot of children and dogs. So they sell me a piece for 15 bucks and that lasts a couple of months. What I want to do is get the wood that's on sale inside to do my floors with. Last time I checked it was like 99 cents a square foot they've had it there a long time. It's mine! Last year I had Premier Builders redo my bathroom and I thought they did a pretty good job with the tile. Now compared to Tampa Quality Flooring I see what truly well laid tile looks like. Diedra Rodriguez: We are so glad we chose Wholesale Carpets. We got a total of four quotes, but really liked the customer service we received when speaking to/meeting Jim. When we ultimately chose Wholesale and met with him at their office to pick out LVP options to take home, we ended up picking the one he pointed out to us. We were glad to have his eye, considering this is our first big home project as first-time homeowners. One of the biggest draws was that they can uninstall and reinstall the toilets.Our home is about 1,200 square feet, and had hardwood flooring, carpet and tile. We wanted to get rid of it all and chose an LVP with no transitions. It took a total of three days to complete and they completely worked with our work schedule to accommodate.John was awesome when customizing our stairs. Dan and his team were great with quickly removing the hardwood and installing the LVP. The corners looked good.Also, I felt like nothing can really prepare you for the amount of dust that kicks up during the process. Be aware of that. They did cover our couch, electronics, etc. with plastic tarp. But still, dust finds a way.I will say, two out of the three nights, we contacted Jim and John after-hours about things we've noticed. It turns out, they were already thinking ahead and planned for those hiccups. Why tell the homeowners and stress us out when they were already on top of it? They were super nice about us contacting them late over those things. Great customer service!

Darlene Mishall: I was looking to have some flooring replaced in a hallway and bedroom, and old 3-inch baseboards throughout the house upgraded to 5-inch. I reached out to Floor Coverings International of N. Tampa for a quote and Steve, their Design Associate, came to the house one evening to go over the project. He was very personable and listened to my concerns. After we looked at samples, he then proceeded to take careful measurements of the area. I was pleased to find the quote was comparable to a few other quotes I received. In fact, it was $100 less. I decided to go with FCI because they were a smaller, local company, had excellent reviews, and felt they would do a good job. They even delivered the baseboards in advance so that I could paint them before being installed.On the day they were to start, we ran across a hiccup. Turns out the previous floor was glued-down wood, not vinyl, and the crew needed different equipment to remove the flooring. I immediately reached out to Jenny and Steve who scrambled to get everything rescheduled within a few days.A demolition crew came and removed the old flooring with a piece of equipment that just barely fit down the hall and into the bedroom. They worked efficiently and were very careful not to mark up the walls. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the area so that it would be ready for the installers.Matt, the installer, came the next day. He was quiet, professional, and very meticulous in his work. I’m a detail-oriented person and could find no fault with Matt’s work. He worked through lunch the last day to finish the job.I need to give a special shout out to Jenny. If you were to look up outstanding, friendly customer service in the dictionary, you’d see her picture. She was available by phone, text, or email and responded promptly. She was so easy to talk with, it felt like I was gabbing with one of my friends!From start to finish, my experience with Floor Coverings International of N. Tampa was fantastic. I highly recommend using them for all your flooring needs.

Anne Cancio: I am so so grateful to World Class Services for helping me out of a bad situation recently. The back story is that I originally had the carpets in my house cleaned by another local carpet cleaning service here in Tampa, and by over-wetting my carpets, the other service literally created several brown wicking stains that did not exist prior to the cleaning. The other service came back out to the house, and tried to remove the stains by a second cleaning, only making the stains darker and larger. So, with three large brown wicking stains on my carpet, I called World Class Services to come out with the hopes that they would know how to remove the stains that the other cleaning service created. World Class Services performed another wet cleaning of the stains and improved the appearance of the stains drastically. But, World Class Services was not satisfied with only partial removal of these stains, and came out a second time to apply a dry cleaning chemical to the stains. This second pass with the dry cleaning product removed the remainder of the stain completely. World Class Services has that rare combination of know-how, patience, and accountability that his hard to find in the carpet cleaning industry. I highly, highly recommend them.

Alissa Ho: This is my first time leaving a Google review because I am so blown away by what Anne and her team have managed to do for my couch. We were on the brink of throwing away the couch because the dog stains, water rings and discolouration just seemed impossible to fix on a white couch. We had attempted to get it professionally cleaned once and were told that it was not possible because of the fabric of the sofa, but Anne came in saved the day. Anne was able to come on the same day and clear out all the stains, including the dreaded water rings. She gave advice on how to take care of the sofa. As long as I am in the Tampa area, Anne will be my go-to for all my upholstery needs.
