They came to my house saw the stain I had in my carpet, he explained how he would try to remove them, and did just that. I was pleasantly surprised when he did. Adam Whitson: We did some research, and after having consultations with Hydroglow and another company we chose hydroglow because they seemed very professional and their approach made more sense to us. They focused more on the cleaning side of things, using machines to clean and then a clear sealer, rather than a hand clean and a colored sealer. This made sense in our case since the grout and tile are less than a year old and was stained with fine drywall dust. We wanted to remove it rather than just dye over it. Steve attended me and my wife’s attention to detail, with patience. Although slightly pricier, you get what you pay for, especially in this instance. In the end my wife and I are very happy with fresh clean floors and sealed grout, as well as the brick porch and stone walkways being cleaned and sealed. Would definitely recommend.
