I had to scramble to get someone from their company to leave it at a yard and then when I landed in Los Angeles, I had to scramble yet again to have someone meet me at the yard and pick up my car. They didn't offer to attempt to re-deliver the vehicle. It took hours to get my car back from the driver and I had to get the cops involved as he did not want to hand over my car.Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY WARY of doing this again.Even with Auto Shipping Group's great reviews, I was still reluctant to go through that process again. I had just been in a bad accident that I was hospitalized for and needed to get another car ASAP, so I the idea of having to ship a car was a bit much to handle.I could not have had a more different experience with Auto Shipping Group. My representative was organized and reassured me that they did business differently. The car was picked up from Texas on time and delivered to my job here in Los Angeles first thing in the morning. Took about 4 days I believe.Trust me when I say that you can trust this company.
