Sue Larreau: I got lucky! After an exhaustive search I found UR Cabinets. I wanted the modern Euro look acrylic high gloss cabinets. Most cabinet shops had no idea what I was talking about. I called and Lisa a kitchen design specialist answered. That's when my luck changed. Lisa knew exactly what I wanted. We worked together for more than a year designing every detail and choosing the right materials. Lisa was always available and became more like a friend. She was wonderful to work with and knew every aspect of the business. My installers were two brothers Dillon and Josh. You could not find two nicer guys and their professionalism was amazing. I thought I was OCD. These guys are perfectionists. Every detail had to be perfect. My kitchen looks exactly as I had imagined it would look. Everyone loves it. Do yourself a favor and check out UR Cabinets. You'll be happy that you did.

We had been given the run around for months with 2 other companies and needed a change. Within a day, UR cabinets had pricing and a comprehensive quote with plans to review. Roberta Muir: We had seen work this company did for one of our neighbors. They were thrilled and it gave us an idea of how to get more functionality from our dining area space. However we didn’t want a copy of what we’d seen, but one that was more traditional than contemporary in design. In addition, the location we wanted was an exterior wall with a transom window and we wanted to keep the plantation shutters on it. Plus I wanted more drawers rather all cupboards and it needed not to resemble my kitchen cabinets but be complementary as the dining space and kitchen are adjacent to each other. We started looking at lots of things in magazines and on line. We just weren’t very confident that everything could be accomplished.I called Dale answered the phone and attentively listened, asked a few questions and was encouraging about being as specific as possible when we met. We had some photos and sketches ready when he came to the house. He believed our ideas could be incorporated and also made suggestions. We went to the showroom for final selections and made a few changes to include glass doors on the top cabinets, and selected high end quartz which we thought would better compliment the cabinet color and design.The workmanship is excellent, and the piece has literally transformed the space. When some of our neighbors who have the same floor plan saw it, they wanted to know why our dining area was so much bigger than theirs. It isn’t.We truly enjoyed working with Dale and would absolutely use UR Cabinets again for other projects.

Greg Brewer: Alex and his family are amazing. He is a top-notch craftsman and worked with my wife and I design our kitchens and bathrooms from concept to completion. We talked through every detail and made adjustments throughout the process. Alex came out to our site and spent time with us to ensure we understood how everything would be laid out and installed.Alex was always focused on making everything perfect for us. When you are designing a kitchen or bathroom, you just do not think about every little detail. Alex did! He helped us find additional utility in limited spaces and even built custom drawers to maximize utility.His attention to detail is so high; he was able to prepare a stain that matched a sample from a nearly 20-year-old piece of furniture, which was going to be in the same room. Furthermore, he created additional the panels and finishes to create image of built in appliances. The finishes are exceptional.Our counter tops were installed separately, but Alex went the extra mile to make sure that the cabinets and the site was prepared for the installation. He even offered to create additional support braces if necessary.His communication was on point throughout the whole process. If therewas ever a question about anything, he took the time to explain it all down to the finest detail.Once everything was complete, we had a monitor installed on the wall in the kitchen. It needed something to tie it in to the kitchen in order to really complete the project. Alex went the extra mile and created a custom frame for the monitor, which tied it all together! Lynda Pedersen: Mr. Baez did a wall unit that consists of 3 arched mirrored medicine cabinets, with columns and crown molding for my master bath. It turned out beautiful. John Perez: Alex and his son completed work on my kitchen last year. We had the most awkward kitchen configuration on the home we had just purchased. The previous owner had remodeled several times trying to figure out what to do in the space we had. While others came over to give us ideas and quotes no one compared to Alex. L & D: Alex and his son were always professional and on time. They would always notify us of any issues and actually did extra work without charging us. They had to come in and fix the first installers mistakes working continuously without taking breaks even coming out on the weekend to accommodate us. I wouldn't hesitate to rehire him if necessary. Closet design did an in home consultation and designed a closet with additional much needed storage space and very nice rods! Beautiful trim. From Ground Up Starting from Scheduling with Tatiana to get me the timeframe needed with my busy schedule, then with 1 of the 2 biggest impacts with Hailey and her professionalism, and able to listen to our needs and problem solve with our style and what we wanted and to design it exactly how we wanted. Then Trevor, was the other leading piece to this puzzle, the install needs to be done correct and with precision. He took his time, treated everything with care, and treated it as his own. For the amount of money spent for this, needs to be handled and taken care of for what its worth. With minor issues after the install needed to swap a door, and fix a panel, Logan the install manager made it happen basically the same day, and Ramon the tech to fix it was also great.
