William Crabtree: This place is awesome. I had taken my bike to another shop in town to have my break bleed, they told me I had metal in my lines and the whole system had to be replaced. Took it to outspoken, the bleed the breaks and had it back to me the next day, been riding no issues ever since. Today I had a bolt that had fallen off one of my bikes, I popped in to to see if they had a replacement, they handed me 5 bolts that were close enough 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Great and honest service, highly recommend.

My wife took one for a test ride in the neighborhood. She was happy with the bike but wanted a different color.A new bike of the desired color was assembled by the end of the day and we picked up the following morning.Jonathan offered us some options but didn’t pressure anything. The entire sale was relaxed and easy. My wife got her new bike for Mother’s Day and is happy.

Ashley Noesen: I am so pleased with City Bike's services and repairs! They were able to pick my bike up from my building on Harbour Island free of charge which took a lot of concern off my back considering my bike wasn't really in rideable condition. They called stating exactly what needed to be done along with the pricing so there were no surprises. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion and honestly, my bike rides better now than it did when I first got it! Convenient location, I highly suggest using them!

Johnia Moore: Derek is amazing!!! Great customer service, especially over the phone, the prices are amazing way cheaper than what I thought lol! He fixed my bike's brakes in a jiffy and I appreciated the service a lot, thank you so much guys! I definitely recommend it, it was a little tricky to get there but the trick is just go where there's a garage with green pillars and then it should be like a ice cream cone sort of vendor and then go through those doors and make a left and the shop is right there! Definitely will come here again if I have any issues😁💯
