TheBebop29: The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is a treat for the luxury lover! The Casita suites are perfect combination of privacy and luxury, complete with room service, bellman service, mood lighting, robes, slippers, and motion lights under the bed for the late night bathroom breaks! The valets are so kind and Sherrill at the front desk was so patient and helpful to me, providing champagne tokens and maps to guide me around the property. The Casita suites come with dinnerware and you can control the tv with your cell phone. There was a convenient 1/2 bath downstairs and a dining area separate from the living space. There's a spacious closet upstairs and downstairs with extra bedding for guests to use the sofa bed if needed. The barn door entrance to the master bathroom I loved, with huge LED mirror and walk in shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner ready to use. There's toiletries ready, from mouthwash to shower caps to q tips and of course a hair dryer. Slippers accompany the robes and are available to buy if you like. There's even an automatic ice maker just add water! With 2 pools, restaurants, tennis and basketball courts all on the property There's no reason to leave, and lots of gorgeous photo ops for influencers alike!
Jeff Hammonds: Simply a BEAUTIFUL hotel! Been here twice in 2024 so far and every stay was fantastic. All the remodeling is done…the bar, restaurant and pool area is simply outstanding. If you truly want a nice weekend getaway to relax and unwind the Grand Hyatt in Tampa Bay is the place to go! The view from the 14th floor ballroom/balcony overlooking the Bay at sunrise and sunset is just stunning!Noteworthy details: Everything about this hotel is amazing!

Scott: This was an extremely nice hotel. It was very busy when we were there, but the staff is very friendly. The restaurants that are in they were very good as well. We really enjoyed staying there and the rooms are very nice. You can see from the pictures below that they are well taken care of.

Robina Mccormick: Overall it's a nice hotel- location is convenient to downtown Tampa and the trolley station.Eva was very helpful, showing us how to unlatch the room door which kept sticking.Valentino was a great bartender and Daniel was an attentive valet member.The pool is quaint without a hot tub, the pool bar is open occasionally.Be aware of the daily "destination fee" along with the daily parking fees that will be added at the end.
Mary Love: The front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous.. They have free bike rentals and a nice location for the bike rides. The pool area was nice as well.Nearby activities: We enjoyed going to different areas using the free bike rentals. They had some water activities in the area. They have a water taxi, but we didn't get the opportunity to use it.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet was really good. We used to bikes to go to different restaurants in the area.

Sandra Wogick: My husband and I recently spent five nights at The Current Hotel Autograph Collection in Tampa, Florida. Upon our arrival, we were immediately impressed with the beauty of the hotel. Patrick, the front desk Manager welcomed us warmly and made us feel at ease and was able to procure a room with a view for us. Ami, Director of Operations, made sure our stay was unforgettable. Ashley and Allison, from Sales, also welcomed us and greeted us on several occasions during our stay and were always polite, courteous and helpful. Pacita was more than happy to do a group photo of us. Our servers while dining at Julian’s on several occasions included Patrick, Tatiana, Sandra and Stephen. They were professional, courteous and well trained in serving the delicious dishes prepared by Restaurant Supervisor John. Beatrix, the Restaurant Manager, welcomed us and seated us one morning and was truly delightful. Lastly, Alec Petitpas, a member of the kitchen staff, was the creator of the most beautiful charcuterie board that was delivered to our room. Every staff member that we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was immaculate and we look forward to a return visit.
Mai: This rooftop bar/restaurant has one of the best views of all three cities! You can see Tampa, St. Pete & Clearwater. The outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous and they have plent of fans and option retractable shades to protect you from the sun. The service was great and the food was delicious. The drinks were ok but I only tried one cocktail. Will definitely be back to try some more drinks & food.

Jennifer McClellan: My husband and I were in town overnight for a concert and were looking for a place to stay that was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The Current checked all of these boxes for us, and the design details exceeded our expectations! As someone who works in the residential design industry, I appreciate commercial design more than most.From the artistic wooden ceiling in the lobby common areas to the infinity pool overlooking Tampa Bay, we found visually stimulating artistic touches around every corner! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. Some of the unexpected design elements that we appreciated were as follows:- The unique asymmetry that the designers used to place the artwork both in the room and in the common areas was a breath of fresh air.- The contemporary furniture in the common areas was exquisite; the winding couch alternates between backed and backless, which was neat!- The lamps on nightstands in the room were two different styles, which was a nice touch.- The lobby bar had an incredible lighting arrangement of varied height lighting.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a modern edge, I highly recommend The Current in Tampa, Florida!

Tee Tee: Hotel was nice and i got a great rate friendly staff clean comfortable rooms the only reason I didn’t give five stars was because they didn’t tell me I would be charged $16 for parking I found out when I got back home and checked my bank transactions and called. This information should be disclosed when you give customer the parking pass . Overall nice stay and smelled good ! Would definitely stay again

LaToya Jones: Visited Tamps for the Big Smoke and Whiskey Fest and decided to stay here at Hotel Alba for 4 days!Outstanding customer service from Gino at the front desk to the bartenders and hotel staff!!!My room was relatively small and the sliding bathroom door would not stay closed, I wish the lighting was brighter inside the room. Being on the 4th floor, the room was dark with very dim lighting. Other than that, I will visit again, but would just request a room with better lighting, for an even better experience! ILuvGood VIBES: . The room does not have a microwave, just a fridge and there is no convenience area within for items like snacks,toothbrush, feminine products etc.
Robert Koehler: My wife and I spent a night at Le Meridien for our anniversary. We stay at hotels fairly often, and Le Meridien is definitely a step above other hotels. Seamless, quick checkin/checkout. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We booked a deluxe corner king room, which was beautifully furnished and very clean. It was fun walking around and seeing the old courtroom and judicial chambers. We had dinner and breakfast at Sal Rosa and both were excellent. Although to be honest I’d recommend skipping the “gelato” which really just looked and tasted like ice cream. One of the highlights of our stay was the gorgeous heated pool, which we had all to ourselves. My one complaint is that there were no bathrobes, even though the website said the room came with them. Overall, an amazing hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something unique.

Stephen Lafferty: We held a very important event at the hotel and I can't praise them enough. I grew up as the child of a hotel manager, literally living in 4 & 5 star hotels and resorts, so, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Heather and the events staff were outstanding and I give the chef an A+. The braised short ribs fell apart with a fork, potatoes and asparagus were perfect and I don't know how to describe the desert other than a culinary piece of art with a cheesecake inside a chocolate shell. The spaces are truly unique, being converted from the old federal courthouse.

James Allen: Despite some miscommunications about incidental deposits, my stay at Aloft Downtown Tampa was great! Rob the bartender at WXYZ is amazing and deserves a higher post. Throughout my 11 day stay, my bed was made, toiletries restocked, towels refreshed, water replenished, and my ice carafe emptied and restored with a new bag.Front desk was accommodating, kind and checked my bag for 6 hours while I waited for a flight.Thank you for a restful and relaxing stay. ^_^

Stephanie Williams: My review is directed more toward the wedding experience we had at this venue. I am the wedding planner for my bride & groom that recently got married at Tampa palms country club on 12/3. I want to give a special shout out "Sierra" the event coordinator at this venue. From the start of planning up to the wedding day, she was an absolute joy to work with. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her for the past 10 months in planning for my bride and groom's wedding. She really puts in all effort in assuring that your special day will be prefect. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is planning on getting married!! This venue is just breath taking and such a sight to see! From its natural beauty sitting on a golf course, to all of its greenery, and water backdrop to the lake, its just such a beautiful place! On top of that, the food is top tier, excellent! Its really delicious!! As a wedding planner, I've seen a lot of wedding venues, and this one is by far one of my fav's! Book, get married, and have the wedding of your dreams! Don't forget to ask for "Sierra" she got you!!!
Kevin Griggs: This is heaven. We played Saturday 4/15 and it was a real treat for us forced to play public courses. The pro shop, starter and rangers work miracles to deliver a round in exactly four hours with no waiting anywhere on the course. Everything about Tampa Palms is perfect, the tee boxes are flat and grassy, the fairways are lush and the greens are sheer perfection. Perfect condition, perfectly mowed and rolled and rolling fail and true. If you ever get the opportunity to play here don't hesitate. If you have the means then this would make the perfect home course.
