Joanne Mulvaney: Renee at Dr Vu's office was wonderful with calling me last Friday to try to get me into their office to have a small nerve fiber biopsy done. I'm still waiting two weeks now to try to get this appointment scheduled and my referral doctor said he's sent a referral several times over there yet they say they don't have it and I have been on hold for the last two days trying to get through to Dr Vu's office and I'm on hold for 20 and 30 minutes and no one ever picks up the phone. Absolutely horrible trying to get through to a human being to try to make this appointment.

brandy sprince: Dr Vu is an amazing doctor he is the first one to be so empathetic with my condition and he listened to everything we told him. He has more confidence then I have seen in other doctors and his staff was amazing as well. I highly recommend especially if no one else knows what’s going on he will figure it out. He is my permanent neuromuscular doctor even though I have to travel 30 miles to get there it’s worth it. He explained everything then made sure I had no unanswered questions.

Looks at the labs he's ordered and keeps you up to date on the results.This doctor actually cares about his patients.In today's world how often can you day that?Yes the wait for an appointment is long. Yes the wait for returned calls from the office was long , durring the hight of the pandemic. But the messages through my chart are usually responded to within a day. Honestly that's often what it takes to get an appointment with an exceptional doctor. In this case it is worth the wait.
