Jeremy James: My Birdcage was installed by my pool company which hired Tampa Screen and Aluminum. I have been working with Diana to get my screen repaired and let me tell you how top-notch her customer service skills are. I am a Retired Disabled Veteran and I know I can be hard to work with at times but Diana never got upset at me or stopped returning my calls. I appreciate her patience but most of all taking the time to help me get my screen fixed. If anyone is thinking about getting work done for the birdcage or porch. I would not hesitate and call Tampa Screen and Aluminum. Diana good help is hard to find and it has been a blessing working with you. Outstanding job by Diana, and Tampa Screen.

Diane is super friendly and takes care of customers. BTW, their pricing is competitive. We love our enclosure. It's amazing.

After install I had a small warranty item needing correction and the service guys came out the very next day and got it taken care of, I was highly impressed with the rapidness and quality of their work. We met with Bryan and when we saw the pictures on the brochure we loved the images which included some that were actually in a home. We ordered them. The pictures in our opinion do not the product due justice. R P: arrived at my home on time and was professionally dressed. He thoroughly explained the different door styles and decorative glass types available on his laptop and catalog. He answered every question and I decided then to sign a contract. From start to finish it has been a smooth process with customer service Rose and Sara calling me with updates leading up to installation. The installers Alex and Andrew did an outstanding job paying attention to detail and always cleaned up after themselves. Andrew had noticed my door hardware did not fit so he trimmed the metal to make a perfect fit. After the final inspection, Mike and Riley did the final fine adjustments. What an amazing team! I highly recommend ARMORVUE for your door and window needs!

James Pryor JR: Weather Tite Windows installed PGT impact resistant windows in our condo in June 2023. The installation team did a great job, and the quality of the windows is excellent. We called for service last week, a window latch was not engaging correctly. They scheduled a service call for the following week. Lee, the service technician arrived on time. He made a minor repair to the latch, double checked everything then explained a few maintenance items. Quality service and responsiveness is important to us. We are very satisfied with Weather Tite Windows.
Martin Dubin: I had a consistently positive experience with Weather Tite Windows. From the purchase through installation and service. Alex was our install technician and he carefully planned and executed the work. A supervisor stopped by to review his plan for installation and this communication helped determine the best method to use. I was impressed with the extensive sealing which was accomplished in our sixth floor unit. I should note how carefully the team cleaned up and restored the area after they finished. It was almost like they hadn’t been here. There were several follow up items that needed attention. Lee and Oscar came out to fix them and assess whether additional parts were needed. They listened to me when they arrived and carefully checked the windows. These service techs were professional and worked to ensure that the windows had everything that was needed. I watched them work while they were here and I can say that they are the people you want when something needs to get done. I usually don’t write such a long review, but Weather Tite, based on my experience, is an outfit that I would highly recommend. Anyone can sell windows, the installation and servicing is what makes the job. Great company!Since writing this Lee and Oscar returned to install two screens. They didn’t fit perfectly at first but Oscar adjusted them and together Lee and Oscar installed them. They checked to make sure everything was working correctly and then asked if there was anything else they could do. These two are highly professional and definitely the people you want to install or repair your window screens. I highly recommend WeatherTite Windows because of the quality service technicians they employ.

Mark Cohen: This is in response to Michelle Nihiser's review. I was asked by a former contractor customer to see if I could help out with a window replacementfor this "lady" I went to the house did the measuring and ordered the windows. Some of what MS. Nihiser says is correct. The factory that produced the windows did not get the grid alignment correct, and there was an issue with a cracked piece of glass that we had to order and which came in and was incorrect and needed factory service.What she fails to mention is that when she told me that the windows didn't lock, I told her not to worry about it, that the installers would be out the next day to fix it. The windows locked perfectly. Michelle just did not push them down enough to engage the lock. As any of the thousands of people I have done business with in the past will tell you, I ALWAYS follow through for all my customers. I did that here. Michelle just did not feel it was good enough

Laura Wiss: . Salesman came the same week and he was able to match the lowest quote, with a warranty that is able to be transferred, should I ever sell my condo. The next step was getting the HOA approval, and I was provided with the insurance numbers, etc. Board approval went through once I submitted the color. There was a bit of a wait, as the 5 windows had to be manufactured. The wait was shorter than I expected, about 1 month. They called me to set up installation. Not only were Brandon and Brian on time, they were actually a little early! The windows are SO nice, PGT's. All 5 installed in under 3 1/2 hours. They did one at a time, so the a/c wasn't constantly running and kept bugs from entering at a minimum. They were polite, very conscientious going in and out, never slammed the door, so didn't disturb any other residents. Next step was Pinellas County inspector. Window Depot set up the appointment for me. The Inspector came out the following week. He said to me "these are the best installed windows I have seen". Kudos to Brandon and Brian! A member of the HOA also stopped by to see when they were finished. He also commented on how well the windows were installed. He also asked me for the name of the company. Next, I contacted the Office and Kim was so helpful and nice. She set up for the next step, which was to finish placing the trim that covers up the nails, etc. Robert came out first thing this morning -Monday. He was also friendly and he placed those trim pieces, took less than 30 minutes.I highly recommend this company!!Service:Window installation

J. V.: Having purchased a new house in one of these giant developments, I am familiar with the quality, or lack of, of workmanship. This is Anderson Aluminum's strong point. Workers have been with, or sub'ed for the company a long time, knew what they are doing, and were nice people to have around your house for a few days. Recommend the company for patio/lanai additions.
David Thurston: I whole-heartedly endorse Anderson Aluminum for the fine work they did in replacing my entire pool cage that was obliterated by Hurricane Ian. Their prices were fair and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. We had one issue with a screen that became detached, but they were quick to replace the screen with no hesitation. I want to especially commend Jacob as an excellent representative of the company who was very personable, knowledgable and reliable in responding to our needs. Is this day and age, these are individual and company skills and practices that are becoming increasingly rare, unfortunately. If you have a need, save yourself a lot of stress and go with Anderson Aluminum.
