He found the problem which wasn't exactly what the previous mechanic told us it was, then he had to go get a different part, and when he returned he replaced it super fast, and checked to make sure there weren't any more leaks. On top of that he communicated when he was on his way, and he was friendly and explained the repair completely so we understood. This was my first time using them and I will definitely do so again if we have more repairs that need to be done on our cars.

He does a great job and he cares.✔️ Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. You can call when you were on your way, and they will be waiting for you. Especially if you have a dog.✔️ Super nice facility with open concept triage, so you are taken right back into the operating room when you arrive.✔️Truly life-saving care if your dog is injured overnight.✔️ The staff cares about dogs. They are good with dogs.✔️ I would go back if I needed urgent care for a dog.Cons:✔️ We brought my cat in for a life-threatening blockage emergency with bladder spasm and dogs were given precedence. Dogs that arrived after us.✔️ My cat was actively dying and they had us sit for 1 hour and 20 minutes+ while other dying dogs came in and were cared for✔️ My cat’s vitals and a 30 second exam were done, then we were rushed out to the waiting area. You will pay minimum $175 for a poor exam, unless you bring in a dog. Then a vet tech will spend 45 minutes in a room trying to help your dog eat while someone else's cat is dying.✔️ Our chat with the Vet was cut short, as she ran away from my dying cat to help dying dogs. Twice. She was super amazing. And she ran away from us. Other people mattered more. Yes, I am sad to write that. She’s the type of person who should be running her own private vet emergency hospital, and not working for a hospital chain.✔️ As I decided to leave, I was told that my cat might pass away. If they cared about my cat passing away, why didn’t they act like it? We left because we were treated like we are invisible.✔️ The staff will attend to you if you are sobbing, falling on the floor, have your pet wrapped up, rushing in dramatically, or bring 10 family members in.✔️ Waiting patiently and calmly will get you no attention or care.✔️ They are overwhelmed on weekends✔️ I strongly urge you to go to regular vet when possible. Do not wait until night time. Make a list with your vet of every emergency option. If you go to VEG, the fee may be between $8k-$10k. We were quoted $6.3k after the 30 second exam and being left for other cases they deemed more urgent. Again, my cat was spasming and should have died. Male cats cannot live with a blocked urethra.✔️ My vet told me there were four other places I could have gone to on my way home. Because I did not know about them, I didn’t go. I know better now.✔️ I took a chance and had my cat treated at our vet and he survived, but not because of VEG.✔️ I wish this was a better review. I liked them. But, 2/10 for our experience. Do better.* I was kind and respectful the entire time, and waited patiently. That got us ignored. You need to implement a more fair process for how you decide what is a priority. My cat was dying, but you treated us like that didn’t matter. Is a 30 second exam a legitimate cause for a $175 fee? As long as you can live with yourselves, I guess that’s all that matters.

Cary bg: . Security is another factor I had to watch out for. I made sure I had my eyes on the little ones the whole time. Never leave them alone. Even on rides, I watch the whole time and I am with them, the whole time. Kids love to run. Be ready to run. And I always coach parents. stop yelling at your kids because you are tired or impatient. If you are going to Busch for the day, get a good solid 8 hours of sleep the day before or you will be burnt out and a mess. Take vitamins, also. Be prepared to run around. Now to the park itself. They have lots of animals, and shows, and rides. The shows are always great. WE go to as many shows as we can. And ideally you have an older family member or friend watch the little ones so they can run around and go on the different rides. If you manage it well it is fantastic. If you don't mind spending hundreds, and being an exhausted parent then you will have the best outing. Its great for Birthdays. Even older kids. Teens love it. We loved it. The food is okay. Be prepared for high cost water. That really pisses me off that they charge for water. Something you need and they don't let you bring in, that's a rip off and its not okay that they do that. I guess they have to have security. But don't charge $7 or 10. for water. Give me a break. So be prepared for that. And I don't let our kids have too much sugar because that will make them hyper and erratic. Although we love the Funnel cake. So its a gret time but it has its challenges. Have fun.
